I was watching @taskmaster4450's video 'Are You Dedicated to Hive?" just a few minutes ago.... and I had to watch it again. It's a very inspiring video. I asked myself this question just earlier today... "Am I really dedicated to Hive?". I was doing some self reflecting and thinking about how my life has been affecting me lately. I meditate every day and try to be a better person every single day. If you follow me on Hive, you probably see around 4 posts per day. Whether it be something crypto related or something like my Actifit report... I am active. I stay active. I need to spend more time commenting, but I'm getting there.

Commitment

What does it mean to be committed to Hive? Well I'm sure that can come in a lot of different flavors. I'll just give you my take on it, for whatever that may be worth to you. My commitment to Hive is this - I wake up every single morning ready to hope on and post something. I look forward to commenting and interacting with the lovely people of Hive every single day. I set daily goals for myself and try my hardest to exceed them. It's not necessarily about the money because, there is definitely a lot of money to be earned here on Hive. I won't deny that. My commitment to Hive is deeper than that. I want to learn. I want to educate. I want to bring others here and help them succeed. @readthisplease is an inspiration to me because he's actively onboarding people to the magic world of Hive. On top of that, he posts very consistently and it's always very good content. I recently introduced @witherbloom to Hive and he's doing great. It makes me feel amazing to show someone such a great place to connect and earn.

I met my boy @trippymane here on Hive and I couldn't be more thankful. Let's not forget @dreemsteem even though she's been super busy lately. So many amazing people that I would have never connected with had it not been for this revolutionary platform. If I didn't mention you and we talk, sorry. I love you all. Hive has been keeping me going through tough times. I was on Steemit way back in the glory days and I came back to Hive a few months ago because I was going through things in life. I needed an outlet but man I didn't expect such success. I may not have the biggest account or following... but god damn I feel like I'm succeeding every single day and that's all that matters. I quit my day job for a reason - because I want freedom. Freedom comes in a lot of different flavors as well... and I want all of them.

My wife gets onto me every day because I spend too much time on the computer. 80% of that time is on Hive. Reading, learning, curating, and interacting. One day I hope to get her on here because she does love to write. But just like all of us, she is her own worst enemy. She's the only one stopping her from getting on here and blogging. I've also actively been trying to get my brother @p5ych0path which is an incredible writer to come back. He was also on Steemit way back in the day and just looking at his posts, seeing my old posts from 2017 makes me cringe lol. He's working for USPS like @daltono was before he started his full time Hive journey. Good on you bro. Thanks for the inspiration.

Every day I spend a large amount of time on Hive looking for things to get involved in. Whether it be some contest or a new tribe. I want to be successful and engagement is a huge part of that. So if I've never interacted with you or haven't in a while, please drop a comment. At the end of the day, the stronger the community here is, the sooner we win. As taskmaster said, Hive is going to help change the world for the better. It's only a matter of time.
