Hive and My Road to 30000 Hive Power
I joined Hive on March 5, 2019 and today December 6, 2021 it's been about 2 years and 9 months since I became a Hiver. Hive was a wonderful discovery and today it's my favorite blockchain project and it's also the blockchain project I spend the most time on because there are so many activities I like to do on the Hive blochain:
- I like to publish content
- I like to interact with other Hive users
- I like to play and invest in gaming projects created and developed on the Hive blockchain like Splinterlands, Rising Star, Dcrops and Ape Mining Club
- I like to invest in Hive's second-level projects and tokens.
I see so much potential in Hive's blockchain and that's why I haven't done a Power Down since I joined and set growth goals to achieve. In November 2020, I reached my first goal: 10000 Hive Power (HP). Upon reaching my first 10000 HP I immediately set a new growth goal: 30000 HP. I also gave myself a deadline to reach my goal: December 31, 2021.
When I set my growth goal, on November 1, 2020, 1 HIVE token had a value of $0.1136 (source and screenshots: https://coinmarketcap.com/it/currencies/hive-blockchain/).
Today December 6, 2021 the value of 1 HIVE token is $1.56.
HIVE: An undervalued or overvalued value?
In just over 13 months, the value of HIVE has increased by +1273.24% with a dollar value increase of +1.4464.
The 1273.24% is indeed an exceptional increase in value but for all the functionality and utility that the Hive blockchain has and offers I still consider this value to be very undervalued! (this is not financial advice). Hive is a great ecosystem of sites, projects and communities and there are so many projects that are in development. Every project that will be added in the future to the existing projects on Hive today will bring new value to Hive.
By the way 10 days ago HIVE reached its ATH (All Time High): 3.34$.
This is just my opinion (not financial advice) but I consider this value undervalued as well.

My Hive Wallet
(December 6, 2021)
Today December 6, 2021 my Hive wallet contains: 19601,353 HP, 122,216 HBD and 1009,526 HBD in Savings.

If I sum up all the values in my wallet (HIVE+HP+HBD) I get a total value in HIVE of 20411,191 HIVE (image below).
In one month and six days the HIVE value of my wallet has increased by +673.24 HIVE with a percentage increase of +3.41%.
To monitor my progress, I built a simple table with my spreadsheet and divided my main goal into smaller, monthly intermediate goals.
I subtracted the amount of value (HIVE+HP+HBD) I got in the first 6 days of December and updated my table. To quickly do this subtraction calculation, I found https://hivestats.io/ particularly helpful.
As you can see from the data in the table above, on November 30, 2021 my Hive Wallet had a total value of 20326.55 HIVE (HIVE+HP+HBD).
Therefore, in the month of November, I obtained an increase in value of +588.60 HIVE. The result I obtained in November is lower than the result I obtained in October (+710.63 HIVE) and above all it is a result much lower than the monthly intermediate target that I should have reached in order to easily reach my final goal of 30000 Hive Power.
I like to set hard-to-achieve goals because:
- an easy-to-achieve goal is a false goal
- a goal that is difficult to reach is highly motivating and if reached it produces greater satisfaction.
When I set my goal (November 2020) I knew that I had set a difficult goal to achieve but it was still a goal within my reach.
Today, with less than a month to go before December 31, it is clear that I will not reach my goal because I would have to earn 9673.45 HIVE in a month and not even if I called in the help of Tom Cruise from Mission Impossible would I make it :)
I could have adjusted my main goal but I preferred not to do so because an unsuccessful goal is still important, it always teaches something and will be the basis for setting my new goals for the beginning of the year 2022.
Secondary Goals
The secondary goals I have set for November 2020 are all goals related to the activity of publishing content on the Hive blockchain and the activity of interacting with other Hive users.
Engagement goal (total number of comments): 15000
Among all my goals, the goal related to the number of comments is the second goal I care most because on Hive the interaction is really important.
To grow on Hive publishing interesting and useful content is not enough. It's equally important to read content posted by other authors and interact with them. On the Hive blockchain, the main interaction tool is the comment.
Commenting = Interacting = Making Connections
**Commenting is also a way to compare yourself with another person and it is the constructive comparison with other people, with different ways of thinking and ideas, an important opportunity for personal growth.
Dear reader if you are a new user of Hive the activity of interaction should be your main activity and my dispassionate advice is the following: dedicate at least the same time you dedicate to your publishing activity to the interaction activity ;)
My interaction goal on Hive is to write a total of 15000 comments by the end of 2021.
So far I have written a total of 12381 comments and my daily average is just over 12 comments per day (12.50).

I like to read and comment a lot but since several months ago I had very little time available due to work commitments and I could not interact and comment as much as I would have liked and then this will be a goal not difficult but impossible to achieve because I should be able to write 2619 comments in 25 days (104 comments per day). When I write a comment it's because I read the post I'm commenting on and so I prefer to write sensible and inherent comments to the post I'm reading instead of reaching my goal at all costs.

On Hive, each account is associated with a numeric value called Reputation.

The reputation** is a synthetic indicator of a Hive user's posting and interaction activity. Reputation is just one of the many elements that differentiates Hive from other centralized, traditional platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. On centralized blogging platforms, reputation doesn't exist because it would be a counterproductive element for platform owners. The users of centralized platforms are just numbers, they are just a source of data to be resold to produce wealth and the quality of their activity is unimportant. This is the simple reason why controls on activities such as SPAM and plagiarism are very superficial and almost non-existent on Facebook, Twitter and Co.
In the month of November I achieved a reputation score of 74.39 points.
On November 6, 2021 my reputation was 74.17 points Today, December 6, 2021 my reputation is 74.39 points
According to the information from the site: https://hivebuzz.me/ranking my reputation score allows me to rank as number 438 in the ranking related to the reputation of all users on Hive.
I have improved my ranking on the HiveBuzz site and moved up from place number 452 to place number 438 but even this goal will be impossible to achieve by December 31, 2021.

Total Number of Posts Goal: 1300
Writing and posting content on the Hive blockchain is a fun activity that I really enjoy.
The goal I set for myself 13 months ago was to publish a total of 1300 posts by December 31, 2021.
To date I have published a total of 1096 posts with an average publication rate of about 33 posts per month.
Although I am quite consistent in publishing content I do not, at least at the moment, have the time to be able to publish more than one post per day.

Also this goal will be impossible to reach before 2022!

And here I am at the only goal I could reach by December 31, 2021: 1000 followers! On November 6 I had 912 followers** while today December 6 I have 984 followers. 72 Hive users chose to follow me in November and only 16 followers separate me from my goal.
November: Considerations
The month of November was perhaps the month in which I had the least time available to devote to my beloved Hive and in fact I published only 19 posts in 31 days which compared to my average of publishing 33 posts per month is an important reduction. Despite publishing only 19 posts I reached a result in terms of HIVE slightly lower than the result I recorded in the previous month and for this reason I am still satisfied even if I could have done more.

Conclusion
Hive is my favorite blockchain project and it's the blockchain project I spend the most time on and I do it with a lot of pleasure.

Mi sono iscritto su Hive il 5 marzo 2019 e oggi 6 dicembre 2021 sono passati circa 2 anni e 9 mesi da quando sono diventato un Hiver. Hive è stata una bellissima scoperta e oggi è il mio progetto blockchain preferito ed è anche il progetto blockchain a cui dedico più tempo perchè sono tante le attività che mi piace fare sulla blochain di Hive:
- mi piace pubblicare contenuti
- mi piace interagire con gli altri utenti di Hive
- mi piace giocare e investire nei progetti di gaming creati e sviluppati sulla blockchain di Hive come Splinterlands, Rising Star, Dcrops e Ape Mining Club
- mi piace investire nei progetti e token di secondo livello di Hive.
Vedo tanto potenziale nella blockchain di Hive ed è per questo motivo che da quando mi sono iscritto non ho mai fatto un Power Down e ho fissato sempre degli obiettivi di crescita da raggiungere. A novembre 2020 ho raggiunto il mio primo obiettivo: 10000 Hive Power (HP) Raggiunti i miei primi 10000 HP ho subito fissato un nuovo obiettivo di crescita: 30000 HP. Mi sono dato anche una scadenza per raggiungere il mio obiettivo: 31 dicembre 2021.
Quando ho fissato il mio obiettivo di crescita, il 1 novembre 2020, 1 token HIVE aveva un valore di 0.1136$ (fonte e screenshots: https://coinmarketcap.com/it/currencies/hive-blockchain/).
Oggi 6 dicembre 2021 il valore di 1 token HIVE è di 1.56$
HIVE: Un valore sottovvalutato o sopravvalutato?
In poco più di 13 mesi il valore di HIVE è cresciuto del +1273.24% con un incremento di valore in dollari di +1.4464$.
Il 1273.24% è davvero un eccezionale incremento di valore ma per tutte le funzionalità e utilità che ha e offre la blockchain di Hive io considero questo valore ancora molto sottovalutato! (non è un consiglio finanziario). Hive è un grande ecosistema di siti, progetti e comunità e ci sono tanti progetti che sono in fase di sviluppo. Ogni progetto che si aggiungerà in futuro ai progetti esistenti oggi su Hive porterà nuovo valore ad Hive.
Tra l'altro 10 giorni fa HIVE ha raggiunto il suo ATH (All Time High): 3.34$
E' solo la mia opinione (non è un consiglio finanziario) ma considero anche questo valore sottovalutato.

Per monitorare i miei progressi ho costruito una semplice tabella con il mio foglio di calcolo e ho diviso il mio obiettivo principale in obiettivi intermedi più piccoli e di durata mensile.
Ho sottratto il quantitativo di valore (HIVE+HP+HBD) che ho ottenuto nei primi 6 giorni di dicembre e ho aggiornato la mia tabella. Per fare velocemente questo calcolo di sottrazione mi è stato particolarmente utile il sito https://hivestats.io/
Come puoi vedere dai dati presenti nella tabella sopra, il 30 novembre 2021 il mio Hive Wallet aveva un valore totale di 20326.55 HIVE (HIVE+HP+HBD).
Nel mese di novembre ho ottenuto quindi un incremento di valore di +588.60 HIVE. Il risultato che ho ottenuto nel mese di novembre è inferiore al risultato che ho ottenuto nel mese di ottobre (+710.63 HIVE) e sopratutto è un risultato molto inferiore rispetto all'obiettivo intermedio mensile che avrei dovuto raggiungere per poter centrare agevolmente il mio obbiettivo finale di 30000 Hive Power.
Mi piace pormi degli obiettivi difficili da raggiungere perchè:
- un obiettivo facile da raggiungere è un falso obiettivo
- un obiettivo difficile da raggiungere è altamente motivante e se raggiunto produce una soddisfazione maggiore.
Quando ho fissato il mio obiettivo (novembre 2020) sapevo che avevo fissato un obiettivo difficile da raggiungere ma era comunque un obiettivo alla mia portata.
Oggi, a meno di un mese dal 31 dicembre è evidente che non raggiungerò il mio obiettivo perchè dovrei guadagnare 9673.45 HIVE in un mese e neanche se chiamassi in aiuto il Tom Cruise di Mission Impossible ce la farei :)
Potevo rimodulare il mio obiettivo principale ma ho preferito non farlo perchè un obiettivo non raggiunto è comunque importante, insegna sempre qualcosa e sarà la base per fissare i miei nuovi obiettivi di inizio anno 2022.
Obiettivi Secondari
Gli obiettivi secondari che ho fissato a novembre 2020 sono tutti obiettivi collegati all'attività di pubblicazione di contenuti sulla blockchain di Hive e all'attività di interazione con gli altri utenti di Hive.
Obbiettivo Engagement (numero totale commenti): 15000
Tra tutti i miei obbiettivi, l'obbiettivo relativo al numero dei commenti è il secondo obbiettivo a cui tengo di più perchè su Su Hive l'interazione è davvero importante.
Per crescere su Hive pubblicare contenuti interessanti e utili non è sufficiente. E' altrettanto importante leggere i contenuti pubblicati dagli altri autori e interagire con loro. Sulla blockchain di Hive lo strumento di interazione principale è il commento.
Commentare = Interagire = Creare connessioni
Commentare è anche un modo per confrontarsi con un'altra persona ed è proprio il confronto costruttivo con altre persone, con modi di pensare e idee diverse che offre un importante occasione di crescita personale.
Caro lettore se sei un nuovo utente di Hive l'attività di interazione dovrebbe essere la tua attività principale e il mio spassionato consiglio è il seguente: dedica almeno lo stesso tempo che dedichi alla tua attività di pubblicazione all'attività di interazione ;)
Il mio obbiettivo relativo all'interazione su Hive è quello di scrivere un totale di 15000 commenti entro la fine del 2021.
Fino ad oggi ho scritto in totale 12381 commenti e la mia media giornaliera è di poco superiore a 12 commenti al giorno (12,50).

* Leggere e commentare mi piace molto ma da diversi mesi a questa parte ho avuto davvero poco tempo a disposizione a causa di impegni lavorativi e non ho potuto interagire e commentare come e quanto avrei voluto e quindi anche questo sarà un obiettivo non difficile ma impossibile da raggiungere perchè dovrei riuscire a scrivere 2619 commenti in 25 giorni (104 commenti al giorno). La reputazione** è un indicatore sintetico dell'attività di pubblicazione e di interazione di un utente di Hive. La reputazione è solo uno dei tanti elementi che differenzia Hive dalle altre piattaforme centralizzate e tradizionali come ad esempio Facebook e Twitter. Sulle piattaforme di blogging centralizzate la reputazione non esiste perchè sarebbe un elemento controproducente per i proprietari delle piattaforme. Gli utenti delle piattaforme centralizzate sono soltanto dei numeri, sono solo fonte di dati da rivendere per produrre ricchezza e la qualità della loro attività è poco importante. Ecco spiegato il semplice motivo per cui i controlli su attività come SPAM e plagio sono molto superficiali e quasi inesistenti su Facebook, Twitter e Co.
Nel mese di novembre ho raggiunto un punteggio di reputazione di 74.39 punti.

Ho migliorato il mio posizionamento nella classifica del sito HiveBuzz e sono salito dal posto numero 452 al posto numero 438 ma anche questo obiettivo sarà impossibile da raggiungere entro il 31 dicembre 2021.

Scrivere e pubblicare contenuti sulla blockchain di Hive è un'attività divertente che mi piace molto.
L'obbiettivo che mi ero posto 13 mesi fa era di pubblicare un totale di 1300 post entro il 31 dicembre del 2021.
Fino ad oggi ho pubblicato un totale di 1096 post con una media di pubblicazione di circa 33 post al mese.
Anche se sono abbastanza costante nella pubblicazione di contenuti non ho almeno al momento il tempo per riuscire a pubblicare più di un post al giorno.

Ed eccomi arrivato all'unico obiettivo che potrei raggiungere entro il 31 dicembre 2021: 1000 followers! Il 6 novembre avevo 912 followers** mentre oggi 6 dicembre ho 984 followers. 72 utenti di Hive hanno scelto di seguirmi nel mese di novembre e solo 16 followers mi separano dal mio obiettivo.
Novembre: Considerazioni
Il mese di novembre è stato forse il mese in cui ho avuto il minor tempo a disposizione da dedicare alla mia amata Hive e infatti ho pubblicato solo 19 post in 31 giorni che rispetto alla mia media di pubblicazione di 33 post al mese è una importante riduzione. Nonostante ho pubblicato solo 19 post ho raggiunto un risultato in termini di HIVE poco inferiore al risultato che ho registrato nel mese precedente e per questo motivo sono comunque soddisfatto anche se avrei potuto fare di più.
Le mie ricompense da autore sono diminuite leggermente rispetto al mese di ottobre:

Conclusione

In conclusione voglio ringraziare tutte le persone che mi seguono, che leggono e commentano i miei post e tutte le persone che mi supportano perchè contribuiscono alla crescita del mio account ma soprattutto perchè mi dedicano il loro tempo e il tempo è il bene più prezioso che abbiamo.
