Uno de mis lugares favoritos para comprar productos frescos es la feria de hortalizas que est谩 a pocas cuadras de mi apartamento, por lo que acostumbro ir apenas inicia la semana, ya que vienen cargados de vegetales y frutas frescas tra铆das del Estado M茅rida, regi贸n de Venezuela que se destaca por su producci贸n agr铆cola, en esta ocasi贸n necesitaba comprar lim贸n, ya que mi hijo menor est谩 con ganas de agarrar gripe y ahora que est谩 iniciando la escuela no puedo dejar que se enferme, consegu铆 unos muy buenos con bastante jugo para hacer limonada, el secreto para saber si est谩n buenos es que se sientan un poco suaves al apretarlos y la concha debe ser lisa y de color amarillo preferiblemente, ya que los verdes de concha gruesa al picarlos usualmente est谩n secos por dentro, tambi茅n ten铆a pendiente hacer una salsa para pasta por lo que los tomates rojos y el cilantro no pod铆a faltar en mi guiso, me gusta mucho que los tomates est茅n firmes y los reviso bien que no tengan ninguna parte verdosa; me encanta a帽adir a mis comidas ingredientes naturales y saludables que nos mantengan bien alimentados; por lo que estas ferias siempre son una buena opci贸n, ya que los precios son m谩s bajos en comparaci贸n con los supermercados, y ustedes amigos 驴d贸nde prefieren comprar sus hortalizas?, hasta una nueva oportunidad.
