Unless you've been living under the rock, you should have heard of the new thingy Facebook's planning to build?

They call it Metaverse. Lol

How convenient.

It's quite irritating to be honest, mostly because I don't like them and have huge prejudices when it comes to security branches and obvious data yielding. We've been screwed over multiple times, our data misteriously leaked, our privacy compromised and yet, we're giving those same monsters even bigger leverage. LOL

As far as I'm concerned this could mark the beginning of the fundamental shift a lot of si-fi books and movies predicted. Which is kinda funny as I'm not sure if they gave them an idea, or the idea came naturally.

Nevertheless the pandemic served their agenda nicely, don't you think? It's the big change that was necessary to make a place where people feel safe of Covid, far from the mean world that's trying to hunt them down, all whilst enjoying the digital presence of those who they love. Lol

I'm not implying anything, no conspiracy boyz, just a pure observation.

It's like the humanity isn't stupid enough...

If there's anyone thinking their intentions are pure, I'd advise you to check your logic once again.

This isn't something we should celebrate, call me paranoid but I'm not buying this shit. Imagine the power they could hold? It transcends nations, and even religion. Wouldn't be surprised seeing people glorifying Mark and his holy company.

That's why I'm so fucking tied to #hive. It literally represents all my resentments and frustrations towards big corps. Same with #btc, embodiment of resistance towards banks and malicious governments. I may be a bit more radical, but I like to think I have a good background in understanding both monetary and financial history to draw an obvious conclusion.
