If there is one person in a family who is good at cooking, then it will save the family. I always remember my mother's better words.
Indeed, if there is a mother who can cook, her children and husband will not go hungry. Being able to cook does not mean having to be an expert like a chef in a restaurant. But how about she sincerely prepares food for her family with full love. With the available ingredients, it can be turned into delicious food with creative ideas.
That's what I always do to try to think creatively to present different menus even with the same ingredients almost every day.
Usually every day, I don't cook a menu for 3 different meals. In fact, I only cook once for 2 meals, lunch and dinner. Meanwhile, for breakfast, my husband and I usually only eat snacks such as steamed sweet potatoes or corn and combined with protein that is also steamed.
In this vlog, there is a simple side dish that is easy to make. I cook using a rice cooker. I serve this side dish for lunch and dinner. This method is also very good for saving gas at home.
So, when life gives you long beans, you might want to try this recipe because we only need anchovies to create the perfect savory flavor.
