This community have a lot of impact on me, as I said, I always need new recipe to cooking, there are lot of menu from abroad that I can see in this community, I know a lot about new things I never heard before.
Today, I really want to contribute to the plant power challenge this time, the very interesting theme makes me feel challenged with a cake recipe made from plant based, no animal products. At first I thought that there would be no cakes that could be made with plant based products, and @firayumni ask me if much cake from plant based ingredients, so, searching some recipe and i got it.
But after I researched it, there were lots of birthday cake recipes that could be made. But because there were limited ingredients, I decided to make this traditional birthday cake, I called it 'Putu Ayu Birthday Cake'.
The reason I made this cake is very simple, gluten free, no animal products and I want to talk about traditional Indonesian cakes so they can go global and be known to many people all over the world. This simple Putu Ayu will create many new recipes in this community.
