With the rise of AI and robots, It wouldn’t be a bad idea to own a robot. First things first, these robots are crazily expensive, so I would assume that we are dealing with this with the assumption that the robots in question is easily affordable.

First of all, it’s worthy of note that being a female can be a lot to grapple with in handling the house chores and all especially when you are married with kids. You have to take care of the house, the kids, your husband and yourself and a lot of women grapple with all this while joggling a career and all of these can really be a lot to handle, that’s why most women seek for nanny’s or get some people from the village to come stay with them because of the plenty work to do at home.
I remember all through our growing up, we had people not related to us staying in the house to help mum and dad with the house chores as they were both businesspeople. These people helped to make the burden of cleaning and taking care of us lesser for mum. So if I could get a robot to help with the taking care of the house chores, I’d gladly buy one. Some of these robots are well programmed and can even clean and do things better than humans without getting tired and exhausted.
The robots can help with cleaning the house, washing the plates, clothes and every other regular house chores. When it comes to cooking, I wouldn’t not want the robot to cook for me but it can assist with helping out with the cutting and washing stuffs and the cooking process but I’d love to cook my food myself. This is because there’s a particular taste or way I love to cook my food and most times, someone else may not get that taste hence I love to cook my food myself.

Talking of raising children. When it comes to teaching my kids morals, ethics and principles of life, that would not be left to a robot to handle. Robots cannot raise my kids the way I want . It can help the children with home works or any assistance the children need around the house. The job of raising a child or taking care of children can be a lot and also challenging for most mothers. For example, most times when children want to sleep, they are always crying and throwing tantrums and the mum or some has to back them, pet them until they sleep.
A robot can help with that and it would go along way to relieve the mother of that stress while she puts her energy somewhere else. Having a robot to help with the chores in the house can make for having extra time to do other things I’d like to indulge in. I would use my spare time to build myself in the area of self development starting from my content creation. I would definitely have enough time to engage with others and create more contents.
Hive is a side hustle, I would also use my spare time to put into my work. Having enough time to work more and also rest well. The time spent in doing house chores can be channeled into reading more for a book lover like me. It would make humans more dependent on robots actually but it’s for a good course. The dependency would be a stupid one if the human refuses to make the most of his or her free time when the robots alleviates some of the burden from them.
Really if we can come to their point where robots are so affordable that we can own them to help around the house, I am so jumping into the trend. It’s a call for some celebration.
