I don't know if I have taken the time to write about this. There are many delegation schemes available on Hive. Some offer bigger APR, and some offer good service in the form of manual curation. There used to be schemes where people exchanged votes for their delegations or traded liquid Hive or HBD for votes, which was called bid bots. All these things are gone from Hive now, and mostly, people are encouraged to do manual curation, except for a few automated voting based on the author.
In this article, I would like to talk about the @indiaunited community that is offering delegation rewards to people who are delegating to the community. Usually, the APR is around 8 to 9 perfect for people who earn curation rewards. That's still the same for the @indiaunited community as well. But there is a scheme available where the rewards are given in the form of IUC tokens, where people who delegate higher HP get a bigger percentage, and people who delegate lower HP get a lower amount of rewards. The value of IUC is also pegged with Hive. When the price of Hive goes up or down, it also affects the IUC tokens.
There is also a registration scheme where people can register for the community via Discord, and they get to access the post-promotion channel. The curation is fully manual, where the posts are picked by manual curators. We have a scheme on top of that where if a community member is holding some amount of IUC in their account and has been delegating HP to the community to support manual curation, they get some extra rewards when they are selected for manual curation.
The curation is manual, but if someone is selected with all these criteria, they get an additional percentage. Otherwise, the highest percentage someone can get is 80 percent. If they purchase IUC and hold, they get an additional 10% vote, and if they delegate, they get another 10%, making it a chance to get a 100 percent vote.
For those who have enough HP and would like to delegate their HP to support manual curation, they can delegate it to the @indiaunited community and earn the rewards in the form of IUC tokens. We also make sure there is enough liquidity all the time for the IUC token to buy back from the market. I would also like to highlight about the curators who are doing a selfless job here. The comment made by the bot gives them 100 percent benefit. That is the only reward they get for their efforts. Otherwise, they are doing this as a service to the community.
