Saturday morning was reserved for @CleanPlanet. Clean the planet and get reworded for it. Can you get a better deal?
The plan was to walk the trail up The Schlossberg and pick up trash. Everyone was equipped, groups were made (it is not fun if there is no competition). I started full of enthusiasm, leading the group in this narrow trail infested with trash, picking all the cigarette butts.
The tactic was solid. At first the trail was narrow, me big enough, first in the group, leave no trash for other groups, win guarantied. But on the start of the trail, even trash cans were clean :D
Somewhere around half of the way up, after checking do i have a heart attack or did i just noticed someone i like ( it was just born and living in the flatlands and out of shape), my dedication to the win dropped :D
Made the last effort with drinking a RedBull to contribute to our trash bag.
So i decided to take some photos of people still dedicated to it, or less dedicated to it. I will start with few failed ones. But they do show how competitive some of the teams were. Shooting blind with 85mm sometimes fails. First 4 were all in that category.
Few teams were still working hard, and around the clock tower there was the most trash to be found. Others were just hanging around.
I did found a neckless. Luna adopted it, maybe it will continue to live its life.
The view is nice.
Another failed one. From deciding who won. The first place was shared by Tina and Nina :D
After some food, drinks and coffee, we got a tourist guide to tell us more about Graz.
Godfish sharing some info about someone who was from Graz but not liked in Czech part of the woods.
It would be great to hear how this thing sounds. I assume pretty great.
Started to notice how weird the faces look with "empty eyes".
And everything you think is marble or stone in the photo on the right is actually painted wood. People had a lot of time and no distractions in the old days :D
This one is a fun one. Feels pretty random. A snowman in frond of a small pond in the middle of a big yard. One of the interesting parts is that on the top of the building opposite to the snowman there is a clock and the snowman i watching the reflection of the clock in the pond.
As i was editing photos, i did have a small regret of being lazy and not spending time to swap lenses to a wider one and try to catch the clock in the reflection.
Last official day almost started with a Bang. After police moving us away from the train station and saying goodbyes' to some people, a group that was still there ended up in a nearby park.
You can clearly see who here is from the country of Novak Djokovic :D
As more people were leaving for their bus or train ride, more clouds were surrounding Graz. Masterswatch had the bus leaving in the evening so him, Nina and me went for the last Graz Schnitzel. Had some great talk about everything and WorldMapPin.
Next morning Graz weather goods knew Hive BuzzParty is over and most of Hive people are gone. So weather gods shed a tear or a river or something.
Lucky me, there was a Hive umbrella in the goody bag. Saved me from sitting in front of the window waiting for my ride for 5 hours.
Even the party balloons were sad.
Well all the Hive people, it was a pleasure to spend few days with all of you. Till the next time.
