MY FEELINGS OF CRYPTOCURRENCYS LOOSING ITS VALUE WHEN IT BECOMES GENERALLY ACCEPTED
I don't know why I have been having this feeling about cryptocurrencys lately.things are changing constantly everyday.when you take a look at the history of the current type of money we are using now which is the fiat,there was a means by which our four fathers transact business before the advent of money which is trade by barter which means exchanging something for something.let take for instance in a situation where by someone has tubers of yam to sell and another person has may be let's say rice to sell,the person with yam can exchange with the person that has rice and that was the method of buying and selling of things in the olden days.
Then gradually things started developing and the introduction of money which is papper currency began to take place,I guess it was not accepted at once when fiat came into existence.it took sometimes before it was generally accepted because people were already used to the trade by barter system and eventually paper money became generally accepted which is what we have been using since it's acceptance.before it got this stage it undergone series of changes and eventually got to where we are today.
Every country around the world has their currency and the USD is the most generally accepted means of payment which is the currency of the world.now inflation has been ravaging the face of many economy around the world year in year out causing many currency even down to USD to loose it's value . many years before now many currencies use to be very valuable but as we continue to unfold things started changing causing many currency to continue to loose their value.technology became very important Changing and making the world better for us.
Through technology Bitcoin came into existence which is a digitally decentralized currency which means it is digitally operated.when Bitcoin was created there were so many criticism surrounding it even up till now.but gradually it has started gaining popularity every single day although it has gotten to be accepted generally.money is still widely more in use for now .
But when you look at how money evolved to this present time,it is the same way that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencys will evolve to become generally accepted.the only differences is that crypto is digitalized.money didn't just gain popularity immediately,it took time just like bitcoin and other cryptos is taking time for the world to accept it now.one feelings I have been having lately is that the value of cryptocurrencys could become as low as the present day money we are using when it is now generally accepted by the whole world and every single individual is now a user of crypto by then.
Well to justify this I have had stories of how some currencies were extremely valuable. But right now those extremely valuable currency's are loosing there values although some currencies such as USD EURO and POUNDS still maintain their superiority over some currencies. So definitely their would be stratas and hierarchy in cryptos just the way it is now.
I don't know if my prediction are correct but it is very possible for cryptocurrency to become the way money is now because I believe that the value attached to cryptocurrencys is that few people are the holders and anything that is widely in use tend to loose its value as it becomes widely use so for cryptos to continue to maintain its values it must be less available which I don't think is possible because of the popularity it is gaining.
I really need peoples view about this,just like as I have earlier said it is just an assumption and prediction of the future.i am not really clear if it will happen.
