It was another beautiful morning, from the early hours of the day, it felt like it wanted to rain. The sky was cloudy, the weather was cool, the breeze blew, and the day was a little bit darker than usual for a 7:30am morning.

Regardless, I knew I was going to walk to work. I decided some weeks ago that I would be walking to work, or walking back from work at least once every week. Sometimes I walk halfway and take a taxi for the rest of the journey, but a few times I walk through. The reason is because, I spend most of my day sitting. I sit all through at work, sit in the taxi to and from work, and even when I get home I am either sitting or laying for the better part of my time. These might eventually result in gaining more weight, considering how many calories I accumulate daily and how many I should burn.

The route from home to work
The atmosphere made the walk so enjoyable, that I really didn't feel like I had walked for about an hour by the time I got to work. I resume work by 8:30 daily so of course, I didn't get to work late.
Getting to work, my normal routine started. Which is, sit all day, attend to a few people and go back home once it's 3:30pm.
I have also decided to stop eating late at night. This is what I go most of the time, and by the time I wake up the following morning I start to feel it in my tommy that the food I consumed didn't digest. My weight is 81kg and I intend to keep it within a good range. This report was published via Actifit app (Android | iOS). Check out the original version here on actifit.io
