How was the idea born?

I made this idea a few days ago to post on this Sunday and the truth is that the idea just occurred to me, a colorful and crazy rider who could remind me a little of Harley Quinn and who in turn is in some twisted dimension

THE HISTORY

The chaotic rider is an inhabitant of a plane known as the kingdom of chaos, a place created by the goddess of chaos and where physical laws are totally strange and difficult to define, she is a thief in this place she always goes on horseback stealing things. May it shine in this world where darkness and color merge

What are the powers and characteristics?

In theory, she is a kind of human but born in this dimension and her abilities are:

chaotic agility, don't try to understand what his next move will be, you won't be able to
crazy speed, whether riding or running it is very fast
impenetrable mind, his mind has no order so psychics will be able to guess little in his head and even navigate the corners of his mind
