Hello, hi, namaste to all hive user's reaching this post ,Hope doing great. Today I gonna share the recipe of flavourful panipuri (water balls). Also known as puchka, golgappe, pani batashe and much more in different states of India. I made this in a very healthy way as these are made from semolina (Suji)

So here's the recipe I followed to make this mouth watering panipuri-

Ingredients required -

Semolina (suji) -250g

Little amount of ghee

Oil

Raw mango

Jal jeera

Coriander leaves (dhaniya)

Mint leaves (Pudina)

Jaggery (gurd)

Spices

Here are the steps -

Take semolina in a container.

Add 50 g Lightly warm oil in it and mix it well, then take lightly warm water and start adding it slowly in the mixture. You should know that semolina soaks a lot of water still pour it slowly and knead it until it turn into a soft dough.

Now Shape the dough into a ball and then roll it into a cylinder (just like the shape of cocoon)

Take each piece, lightly oil the bottom, and roll it out with a rolling pin to elongate it slightly.

Take a kadhai, add oil to it, and put these in it. Don't touch them until you feel the bottom side is cooked. When the bottom side is cooked, start flipping them, and don't overcook them. Just cook until you think it's turned crunchy.

Now our pure's are ready, let's make the pani now. You can also add boiled potatoes in the balls it's optional.

Take 2 raw mangoes and let them boil for 10 minutes.

Till that time, Take some jaggery ,chop it finely and then soak it in warm water for few minutes .

The water will turn brown after some time.

After this take some coriander leaves, mint leaves ,2-3 green chilli,a little water , one spoon roasted cumin powder, 1 spoon black Salt, 1/2 spoon black pepper powder and grind it properly . Put it aside and mash the boiled mango properly.

After that take the boiled mango pulp, the mint chutney and jaggery water. Now in a container add one glass of jaggery water, two teaspoons of mango pulp and one teaspoon of mint chutney. Mix all these together. Then add a pinch of black salt, roasted cumin powder and a bit of red chili powder and mix well.

And here your sweet water is ready, you may add some water in it accordingly.

Now for the spicy water, I made it with jaljeera powder, but you can make spicy water by adding water to the mint chutney you made, and adding a bit of black salt, roasted cumin powder, and red chili powder in it. (sorry for the inconvenience of photos)

And here's your crispy tasty pani puri readyπŸ˜‹,enjoy it.

Thank you ,Take care
