Molino del Puente, era un lugar al que queríamos ir como familia, pero en especial mi hija mayor Ammy, ella me decía que parecía un cuento de hadas, y sí, es un lugar mágico. Molino del Puente queda ubicado en la vía Cajas - Cuenca o Cuenca - Cajas, si vas desde Cuenca, queda antes de la Hacienda Dos Chorreras, en toda la carretera y muy cerca del Parque Nacional y como es una zona no tan alta, el frío no es tan fuerte como en los páramos, sin embargo debes ir abrigado. La entrada es completamente gratuita, pero si quieres comer en allí o quizás hospedarte, debes ir preparado, ya que los precios no son nada económicos.

Molino del Puente is located on the road Cajas - Cuenca or Cuenca - Cajas, if you are coming from Cuenca, it is before the Hacienda Dos Chorreras, on the road and very close to the National Park and as it is a not so high area, the cold is not as strong as in the highlands, however you should be warm. Al llegar mi esposo dijo: "¿Qué hay aquí, puros molinos?" jajaja y aunque si, pues no. Hay naturaleza, belleza, lagunas y mini cascadas qué realmente lo hacen ver hermoso y transmitir mucha tranquilidad. Desde que entras el aroma es apetitoso, pues hay 2 restaurantes, así que el olor puede que te abra el apetito. Puedes recorrer todo el lugar, sin embargo el acceso a las cabañas es algo limitado, exclusivo para huéspedes. Por otra parte no solo hay edificaciones con forma de Molino, si no también de castillo, lo cual da ese aspecto a un cuento de hadas.

En la Laguna puedes observar muchos peces. También hay un corazón gigante decorado con flores, para que las personas o parejas se tomen fotografías y por tan solo un dólar puedes hacerlo girar. Ammy se colocó allí y le tomamos fotos, así como también tocó la puerta de la pequeña torre del castillo, con la esperanza de que algún enano saliera, pero no fue así jajaja. Si caminas cerca de la entrada hacia el lado de las cabañas, encontrarás a Sancho Panza y Don Quijote de la Mancha, personajes de la novela de Miguel de Cervantes, muy conocidos, recuerdo que leía esa novela y sus frases en el colegio.
La publicidad no miente, este lugar es tal cual lo muestran en los videos y recomendaciones de viaje. Tiene varios caminos, entradas, molinos, arboles y mucha agua. Tiene ese aspecto colonial y también las épocas medievales que lo hacen único. Entre lo rústico y lo hermoso, entre lo natural y la historia. Creo que es una mezcla perfecta y un excelente lugar para tomar café, desayunar o simplemente recorrerlo solo o en familia.
