Primeramente vamos con los ingredientes de nuestro plato

• 1 cup of rice
• 200 g of chicken
• 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
• 1 cup of chicken broth
• 1 small carrot, diced
• 1/2 red or green bell pepper, diced
• 1 sprig of chopped green onion
• Garlic
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Turmeric for color

Luego de pasado el tiempo estipulado unos 15 minutos, nuestro Arroz a la jardinera esta listo para degustar....

Esta receta rinde hasta 3 platos, en raciones bien generosas..
