Hola amigos, espero se encuentren super bien 🫶🏻 hoy ha sido un día espectacular para mí, estuve un una carrera y después en el post-carrera que estuvo espectacular, espero poder compartir con ustedes mí experiencia luego que termine el challenge #hivearoundtheworld asi que por el momento estare hablando sobre el objeto que me acompaña en mi día a día y este reto si que me ha hecho reflexionar jejejeje puedo decir que tengo varios objetos que estan presente es mi dia a dia, el telefono y la tecnologia por ejemplo que se a vuelto indispensable para muchos y obviamente no soy la exención.
Pero hay un objeto analogico que si es muy importante para mi en mi da a dia y es termo de agua, al igual que las tazas quisiera tener muchos termos a mi disposicion jejeje tengo tres que son termicos y muchos otros que son plasticos, antes los usaba mucho que desde que tengo los termicos, estos plasticos han quedado en el olvido... y es que me gusta tomar mucha pero mucha agua, mi mama dice que tengo un sapo en ma barriga jejeje y salir a la calle sin mi termo de agua me hace sentir incomoda y as con el clima tan soleado que genera sensaciones termicas muy elevadas tomar agua bien fria es como entrar a un oasis. Aprovechando este post para recordarles que deben tomar por lo menos 2 litros de agua al dia, su cuerpo se los agradecerá.

But there is an analogical object that is very important for me in my daily life and it is a water thermos, like the cups I would like to have many thermoses at my disposal hehehehe I have three that are thermal and many others that are plastic, before I used them a lot that since I have the thermal ones, these plastics have been forgotten ... and is that I like to drink water... and I like to drink lots and lots of water, my mom says I have a toad in my belly hehehehe and going out without my thermos of water makes me feel uncomfortable and with the sunny weather that generates very high thermal sensations, drinking cold water is like entering an oasis. Taking advantage of this post to remind you to drink at least 2 liters of water a day, your body will thank you.
