Estos son una comida muy popular en Venezuela, y si tuviera que comparar su sabor con otra comida que he probado les diría que son similares a las empanadas argentinas, recuerdo que cuando las probé en Buenos Aires, me los recordaron, pero también debo confesar que me gustaron más las empanadas argentinas que muchos de los pastelitos que he probado.
Considero que un buen pastelito debe poseer una buena masa. Obviamente, el relleno también juega un papel importante, pero en el caso de los pastelitos con rellenos más sencillos como aquellos que rellenan con queso o queso y jamón, la masa va a jugar un papel importantísimo.

Los que vienen rellenos con queso, jamón o vegetales tienen una buena cantidad que asegura encontrar relleno en cada bocado.

También me sorprendió gratamente encontrar una gran variedad de sabores disponible, además de ofrecer los rellenos tradicionales como carne mechada, carne molida o queso con papa. Volviendo a la masa, me encantó su toque crujiente y, a la vez, un poco hojaldrado, pequeñas capas de masa salen al darle un mordisco. A algunas personas esto les puede molestar un poco, pero en mi caso me encanta. No me importa el pequeño desastre en la mesa o en mi ropa.

El local es pequeño y muy bonito, con buena climatización y moderno mobiliario. Me gustó mucho la forma en que sirven los pastelitos en unas lindas bandejas de metal, se alejan completamente de la presentación de otros sitios que usan plástico, lo cual resta belleza al plato final. Los pastelitos son ofertados en combos, lo que se refiere a una cantidad establecida de pastelitos, algunos con bebida y otros sin bebida (refresco). Puedes elegir los sabores de tu preferencia, lo cual te permite probar varios de ellos.
Otra cosa que amé de estos pastelitos fue su forma cuadrada, porque generalmente tienen forma circular, sin embargo, pienso que las esquinas le aportan más crujiente al producto final. ¿Volvería a +Pastelitos? ¡Claro que sí! Y los recomiendo en un 100%.
The place is small and very nice, with good air conditioning and modern furniture. I really liked the way they serve the cupcakes in nice metal trays, completely different from the presentation of other places that use plastic, which detracts from the beauty of the final dish. The cupcakes are offered in combos, which refers to a set amount of cupcakes, some with a drink and others without a drink (soft drink). You can choose the flavors of your preference, which allows you to try several of them.
Another thing I loved about these cupcakes was their square shape, because they usually have a circular shape, however, I think the corners add more crunchiness to the final product. Would I go back to +Pastelitos? Of course I would! And I recommend them 100%.
