Hola a todos! espero que estén bien! hoy quiero contarles un poco sobre nuestra experiencia en el hotel en el que nos hospedamos mientras estabamos en Marsa Alam (Egipto), es decir el hotel Pickalbatros Portofino, y para empezar quiero decir que fue estupenda, empezando porque tuvimos una atención genial desde el principio cuando nos ofrecieron bebidas mientras esperabamos que nos asignaran una habitación para luego llevarnos hasta allí en uno de sus carros eléctricos, por cierto aquí también nos dieron un par de hojas con el mapa del hotel (aunque en varias partes hay letreros señalando algunos lugares), los menús en los restaurantes, los shows del día o bueno noche, y alguna que otra información importante.
Ahora bien, debo decir que nuestra habitación era muy cómoda y cada día un chico (que por cierto era muy amable, sonriente y dispuesto a ayudar) la dejaba impecable y siempre hacía alguna figura con las toallas que a nosotros nos parecía increíble y nos alegraba jaja, por cierto también nos dejaba varias botellas de agua lo que apreciamos mucho ya que con Olivia gastabamos mucho de esta para preparar sus teteros, también allí teníamos un grande baño y un balcón muy genial donde mi esposo y yo nos sentabamos cada noche a tomar un trago con una linda vista.
Ya les mencioné un poco sobre las comidas allí, que hay 5 restaurantes donde en cada uno de ellos tenían variedad de comida y postres deliciosos y los snacks bar y para ir hasta ellos podiamos usar el autobus que por cierto pasaba muy seguido o también podiamos usar unas bicicletas grandes que fue una experiencia agotadora pero muy divertida jajaja (todo esto viene incluido en el servicio).
Y es que en el hotel Portofino no hay tiempo para aburrirse, hay muchas piscinas (que pronto les daré más detalles sobre estas), un parque para niños, la playa, el VR Lounge, el grande mercado (donde de verdad se consigue variedad) y los show en la noche que nosotros disfrutamos mucho, creo que no se me olvida nada pero lo más importante es que si quieren tener una linda y gran experiencia como nosotros, disfrutar de una buena atención, muchas bebidas y deliciosa comida les recomiendo mucho este hotel especialmente si van con niños ya que hay varias atracciones para que ellos no se aburran.

Now, I must say that our room was very comfortable and every day a guy (who by the way was very friendly, smiling and willing to help) left it spotless and always made some figure with the towels that we found incredible and we were happy haha, by the way also left us several bottles of water which we appreciated very much because with Olivia we spent a lot of this to prepare their teapots, also there we had a large bathroom and a very cool balcony where my husband and I sat every night to have a drink with a nice view.
I already mentioned a little about the meals there, that there are 5 restaurants where in each of them had a variety of delicious food and desserts and snack bar and to go to them we could use the bus which by the way passed very often or we could also use a big bikes which was a tiring experience but very fun hahaha (all this is included in the service).
And in the Portofino hotel there is no time to get bored, there are many pools (I will give you more details about them soon), a playground for children, the beach, the VR Lounge, the big market (where you can really get variety) and the shows at night that we enjoyed a lot, I think I am not forgetting anything but the most important thing is that if you want to have a nice and great experience like us, enjoy a good service, lots of drinks and delicious food I highly recommend this hotel especially if you go with children because there are several attractions for them not to get bored.
