My favorite cake in life will always be the black forest cake, there are others that I like a lot, but if I have to choose, this will always be my first choice; Some time ago I had found a version of tres leches cake with black forest, and I had been wanting to prepare it for a while, so I decided to make it for my project, and the truth is that the mixture of flavors is great, the moist touch that gives the tres leches sauce combined with the syrup of maraschino cherries is completely crazy, at first I thought it would be too sweet, so I decided to add an extra touch of milk, and the result is sublime.

Mi pastel favorito en la vida, siempre será el de selva negra, hay otros que me gustan mucho, pero, si me ponen a escoger, esta será siempre mi primera opción; hace un tiempo me había encontrado con una versión de pastel de tres leches con selva negra, y traía rato con ganas de prepararlo, así que, me dispuse a hacerlo para mi emprendimiento, y la verdad es que, la mezcla de sabores es genial, el toque húmedo que le brinda la salsa de tres leches combinado con el almíbar de las cerezas en marrasquino es una completa locura, en principio pensé que quedaría excesivamente dulce, por lo que decidí agregarle un toque extra de leche, y el resultado es sublime.
