4 photos from March ... amidst dense coniferous forests, far from the lifeless silhouettes of bare deciduous trees. What captivates me most is the silence that is omnipresent in these forests—an indomitable stillness that persists even on frosty days. While most of the forest transitions into the colorless and silent winter, it is only these pine and spruce forests that preserve the season. The moss seems to me like eternal spring; the trees with their green needles seem not only to endure, but to have a deeper, more lasting meaning.
What I see here is a kind of quiet presence that I find truly comforting and soothing. These forests continue to add color and life to nature, making the otherwise inaudible audible. They are like time, unchanging and preserving the place until spring. For me, their meaning lies not in the beautiful contrast that exists in the silence of the cold season – it is a carefree note of life that is still there, just not revealed.
Just a few simple moments – but ones I keep coming back to.🙃✌️
Thank you for joining me for this little moment of Nature.🙂
