It's been a great week, productive, relaxing at times and mostly enjoyable.
I hit a speed bump about halfway through however, my four wheel drive threw a weight from two of the wheels and the balance went out causing shuddering through the steering wheel at speed. I went to the wheel and tyre place and had all four wheels rebalanced - it's running like a dream again. The front left needed a 30 grams of weights added and the front right required 55 grams - it's amazing how such a small amount of weight cat totally throw out the balance and make the vehicle drive like shite.
It wasn't a major problem, they didn't even charge me for the balance because they felt the tyre-fitter hadn't cleaned off the inside of the wheel prior to sticking the weights on originally. Thank goodness for small wins right?
