Por acá todo bien gracias a Dios trabajando y creando contenido para mis redes, hoy quiero compartir con esta bella comunidad de @hivefood una gelatina que hice hace poco pero contarles un poco de mi experiencia con algo que piden mis clientes con frecuencia : "replicar modelos de trabajos de otras personas"
El cliente me envió la foto que pueden ver al final del vídeo y me pidió que le hiciera una gelatina igual a esa, lo primero que le respondí fue, bueno puedo hacerla similar, es difícil hacer algo exactamente igual y le comenté que la gelatina de la foto me parecía que era de un tamaño considerablemente bastante grande y el no quería algo tan grande entonces estaba difícil que quedara igual.
Hello hello happy almost Friday how are you ? Today I want to share with this beautiful community of @hivefood a jelly that I made recently but tell you a little of my experience with something that my clients often ask for: “replicate models of other people's work”.
The client sent me the photo that you can see at the end of the video and asked me to make him a gelatin just like that one, the first thing I said was, well I can make it similar, it is difficult to make something exactly the same and I told him that the gelatin in the photo seemed to me to be of a considerably large size and he did not want something that big so it was difficult to make it the same.
A todas estas el cliente como tiene tiempo pidiéndome gelatinas confío en mi trabajo y pues aunque el resultado quedó similar, yo le puse ligeros toques diferentes, como las esferas.
También le dije a la chica que me hizo el Toppers que si podía mejorar el diseño o ponerle su toque personal no tenía problemas con que no quedara exactamente igual, y le pedí que si podía usará una nube con un toque más alargado no tan recta y ella coincidió conmigo que le quedaba mejor unas nubes que me entere le llaman "lágrima" jejeje. No me gusta imitar el trabajo de otras personas y siempre prefiero poner mi toque diferente.
As the client has been asking me for gelatins for a long time, he trusted my work and although the result was similar, I added a few different touches, such as the spheres.
I also told the girl who made the Toppers that if she could improve the design or put her personal touch I had no problem with it not being exactly the same, and I asked her if she could use a cloud with a more elongated touch not so straight and she agreed with me that it was better to use some clouds that I found out they call “tear” hehehe. I don't like to imitate other people's work and I always prefer to put my own different touch.
El tema de "copiar" trabajos de otros colegas a veces es bastante delicado, hay personas muy celosas con sus diseños, y pues les confieso que yo para cubrirme espaldas un poco en mis redes siempre que me toca imitar trabajos de otras personas aclaro que el diseño fue a solicitud del cliente y colocó la foto incluso dando crédito al autor original si se quien es.
¿A algún colega repostero acá en HIVE le ha pasado esto ? Otro detalle importante en trabajos que son artesanales y artísticos es que es muy difícil repetir dos veces algo exactamente igual, yo ni mis mismos trabajos puedo hacer igual dos veces jejeje.

The issue of “copying” the work of other colleagues is sometimes quite delicate, some people are very jealous with their designs, and I confess that I cover my back a little in my networks whenever I have to imitate other people's work I always clarify that the design was at the request of the client and placed the photo even giving credit to the original author if I know who he/she is.
Has this happened to any fellow baker here at HIVE? Another important detail in works that are handmade and artistic is that it is very difficult to repeat twice something exactly the same, I can't even do the same work twice hehehe.
