Ayer tuve visitas en casa y quise preparar para compartir con un rico café caliente una deliciosa torta de pan estilo quesillo, para esto utilice los siguientes ingredientes.

100 gramos de Pan
1 taza de Leche
2 Huevos
1/2 taza de Azúcar
Vainilla al gusto
Leche condensada
Licor

Yesterday I had guests at home, and I wanted to make a delicious quesillo-style bread cake to share with a nice hot coffee. For this, I used the following ingredients:  
100 grams of bread  
1 cup of milk 
2 eggs  
1/2 cup of sugar  
Vanilla to taste  
Condensed milk  
Liquor

Iniciamos cortando el pan en cubos pequeños , procedemos a colocarlos en un bol , agregar leche para remojar.

We start by cutting the bread into small cubes, we proceed to place them in a bowl, add milk to soak.

En la licuadora agregamos los huevos, la leche , azúcar , leche condensada , vainilla , el pan y empezar a licuar,Luego ir agregando el licor. Cuando todos los ingredientes estén incorporados formando una mezcla homogénea está listo, dejamos reposar

In the blender, add the eggs, milk, sugar, condensed milk, vanilla, and bread and begin blending. Then, add the liquor. When all the ingredients are incorporated into a homogeneous mixture, it's ready. Let it rest.

Para el caramelo utilice este de supermercado que ya viene listo y es muy muy bueno, el caramelo casero todavía no aprendo a hacerlo, cuando no se me quema se pasa de cocción o queda muy aguado. Así que prefiero comprar este que rinde un montón. Tengo ya varios meses con el.
Si tiene algunos tips para realizar caramelo perfectamente dejalo en los comentarios,te lo agradezco de antemano.

For the caramel, I used this supermarket-made caramel, which is very, very good. I still haven't learned how to make homemade caramel; when I don't burn it, it overcooks or ends up too watery. So I prefer to buy this one, which goes a long way. I've been using it for several months now. If you have any tips for making perfect caramel, please leave them in the comments; I'd appreciate it in advance.

Anexar el caramelo al molde donde vamos a realizar la torta y mover para que cubra el fondo y los bordes.

Add the caramel to the mold where we are going to make the cake and move it so that it covers the bottom and the edges.

Cuando ya esté listo agregamos la mezcla de nuestra torta de pan.

Llevamos al hora a baño de María, por 90 minutos a 180 grados.

We put it in a double boiler for 90 minutes at 180 degrees.

Deje reposar toda la noche y estoy muy contenta con el resultado, mire que hermoso quedó

I let it sit overnight and I'm very happy with the result, look how beautiful it turned out.
