Each if has a lot of wonderful memories together with our families and friends. Many great memories about traveling, food trips and any other escapades that makes us more special. Last day, we decided to went a mountain hike adventure and our destination was in Kabingatan Mountain. This place is the border point between the two Municipalities: The Naawan and Manticao. This is far from crowded place and it takes many hours of traveling before we arrived here. Even if it is far enough, it was still worth it for us because of the beautiful sceneries we found there. Some of the great and fascinating views was this big stone were I standing. This stones was formed just like a frog facing to the mountain and it was big just like a house. This big stones was already here many years ago and it was covered with algae plants because of the coolness of the place.
Near at the big stone was the stream, people who lives near at this place always went here just to fetched more water for cooking their foods, cleaning the house, animals and plants porpuses. This is the main stream or should we called it "Tuburan" because the water always flows even if it is very hot sunny season. This spring is the main source of water to all streams located in Kabingatan, in fact people put some cut bamboos so that the water will flows perfectly and they can fetched water easily.
They also made this whole so that they can easily get some more waters from this areas. We called this one, "Atabay" a kind of hole were many waters can be found. The residents are very lucky to have this areas and as for that, I am very amazed of it. The water in this stream is very clean and Natural because it came from under ground so it is to drink because of this spring.
This is an ancient cave we found during our Travel, and it was already collapsed because of the past earthquakes and big floods. I was remember this cave when me and my uncle found some stone tools used for the ancient people. Sharp pointed stones are placing inside of this cave including the jewelries made of shells. But as I went back, the cave was already filled with rocks and soil and the entrance of the cave was totally locked up and covered. The stones was also filled with more algae plants because of the moist places and the water was flowing in this big rocks of the cave.
There are 3 caves we can found here, and all of it are already collapsing. This pile of stones at my back was also a cave, Many roots of the tree covered some big stones and the water flows coming from the inside of the cave. I found the place very cool and fascinating because of its natural beauty and gladly there are no mad made activities and excavations happen in the place.
This mountain is also good for animal raising just like cows. In the middle of our walking journey, we seen this cow walking at the trail and I decided to have a picture together with thia cow. Luckily it wont get away while taking the picture. In my observation, the place is very perfect for pasturing the cow because of the grasses found in the area.
This river is also connected to the streams were we headed and as we can see, the water was very crystal clear. We can see the stones underwater and it is perfect to take a bath to get rid of the heat brought by the season. Traveling is very fun because of many fascinating things we can see, and as for this activities I really love to do it again.
