So today, I wanted to visit someone and we decided to take a quick walk to the junction. Emphasis on the quick because I was so sure that it would be just 3 minutes.
I was just seeing the junction as something so close and feeling like I know it. Well... Plot twist. I ended up spending 6 whole minutes.๐SIX. That's double the time I envisioned.
But guys!!!!
The real MVP of this story is the way my husband carries our son who weighs a solid 15kg. (That's his last year weight). That's not a baby anymore, he is already a full grown man.๐
Watching the way he carried him while he was sweating, panting and slightly regretting all his life decisions (sort of), but still smiling and playing with him was a big deal. Because I would have dropped him down to walk on his own a long time.
Well I was walking behind then like a supportive cheerleader.
The moral of this story?Never trust a 3 minute walk or even a short cut* especially when yju are with a toddler. And also , we don't need to register ourselves in a gym. We just need more walk with my son to the junction.
