Required Ingredients...
๐ Luffa 200g.
๐ 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric.
๐ 1/2 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds.
๐ 1/2 teaspoon of Mustard powder.
๐ A few sticks of cinnamon.
๐ 1/2 teaspoon of Curry powder.
๐ Salt to taste.
๐ A little chopped garlic.
๐ Two chopped green chilli pods.
๐ A chopped onion.
๐ Curry leaves.
๐ A chopped tomato.
๐ 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk
๐ A few green onions.

First take the luffa fruit and remove its skin. Cut it into thin round pieces.At the same time, finely cutthe onion leaves.

Then take a cooking vessel and add the cut luff slices to it.

Then add chopped green chillies, onions, curry leaves and white onions to it.

Then add turmeric, fenugreek seeds, mustard powder, salt, cinnamon and curry powder to it and stir well.

Then add some coconut milk to it.

Next, place it on the stove and cook for about 6 minutes. Then, add tomatoes to the mixture and remove it from the heat. Finally, incorporate the chopped salt leaves and mix well.
