Wonderful and blessed weekend, I am happy to share once again with you, this time I bring you the recipe for a delicious vegetable soup with corn and noodles, this soup besides being easy and quick to prepare is full of many nutrients very beneficial for the body and is ideal for a starter or a light dinner here I leave the step by step of this simple.

  • 1 kilo de verduras surtidas
  • 1 maíz
  • 50 gramos de fideos
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1/2 pimentón
  • 3 ajíes dulces
  • 1/2 tallo de ajo porro
  • 3 dientes de ajo
  • Cilantro
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 1/2 cucharadita de cúrcuma
  • Aceite vegetal
  • 1 kilo of assorted vegetables
  • 1 corn
  • 50 grams of noodles
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 3 sweet peppers
  • 1/2 garlic stalk
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • Vegetable oil

Para preparar esta sopa lo primero que haremos es lavar y picar finamente cebolla, ajíes dulce, ajo porro y cilantro y también lavamos y picamos en cubos pequeños las verduras ( ocumo blanco y yanci, auyama, yuca y topocho) y troceamos el maíz reservamos, en una olla colocamos un chorrito de aceite y ponemos a sofreír el aliño a fuego medio removemos al marchitar le agregamos el maíz y salteamos por unos minutos.
