Para preparar este plato lo primero que haremos es picar en tiras el pollo y lo sazonamos con sal, pimienta y ajo en polvo dejamos reposar; lavamos los vegetales que vamos a usar y cortamos en tiras la cebolla, el pimiento y el repollo, rallamos la zanahoria.
