Last month? Total rollercoaster. Some seriously rough patches, but honestly, I learned a ton – about myself and stuff. Things get rough sometimes, but we gotta keep going. Everything works out eventually; you just gotta find a solution.
Fresh start! New month, new me (ish). Every day's a chance to do better, learn from my epic failures, and hopefully not totally mess up. Bring on July! I'm pretty excited – mostly fun, less stress, please! Even the all-nighters are part of the deal, right? Let's make this month amazing.
I spent the day in Bogo with my niece and Lolo! It's been a whole YEAR since I've been back – seriously, time flies! Wow, last time I was here, I was such a clueless freshman! Now I'm now on my college era, crazy how fast time flies right? It was awesome revisiting those old haunts and remembering all the fun times.
Seriously, the best part of my whole day in Bogo was finding out Lolo's actually buying me a laptop! So, he actually kept his promise about the laptop? Shocking, I know! I woke up super happy – like, I was practically skipping. My morning routine was way faster than usual, too. Twenty minutes flat! I was so hyped! and honestly, the only thing keeping me from a total meltdown is my new laptop. It's a lifesaver. It's not just about churning out essays and assignments (though that's a huge help!). This laptop is a giant hug from Lolo, a physical representation of his love and support. It means the world to me. It's more than just a laptop; it shows Lolo has faith in me, which means the world. Even those killer all-nighters aren't as bad knowing he's got my back. He's the best!
We spent the entire day on a laptop-hunting mission! I'm a bit of a research geek, so I wasn't going to settle for just any old laptop. My Lolo and niece were super patient, and it was awesome spending the day with them.
After finally scoring the perfect laptop, we celebrated with a killer meal at this little restaurant. The food was amazing, and even better was hanging out with my fam. Then it was off to run errands and grab groceries – a busy but fun afternoon!.
I totally spaced on taking more pictures! I was so in the moment, you know? Lolo hates photos, so no Insta-worthy family pics, but whatever. It was seriously the best day ever. I'll never forget it. Just being with them—that's all that mattered. The memories are way better than any photo could ever be.
