Hello my Cinnamon Cup Coffee folks, just stopping by to tell you that I had my first coffee after about 10 days without it to detox a little and maybe see life in a different light. I confess it's not the first time I've done it, but this time it was so different that I decided to stick with both. Life doesn't have to be black and white, we can also see it in gray; so from now on, I'll have my coffee in the mornings and tea in the afternoons.
And to get back to coffee, well, I decided to go have breakfast with a great friend, and the best part of it all is that I was able to put together one of the perfect Venezuelan combinations: coffee with milk and an empanada, because yes, I'm one of those who thinks that the great pleasures of life are accompanied by a good coffee, and this was a good opportunity not to lose this good perspective.
I also have to say that after so many days without coffee, well, this one was perfect: foam, good flavor, just the right amount of sugar. I ordered a large coffee, so I had the chance to enjoy the aroma and flavor that a good coffee leaves in your mouth for a good while.
Would I stop drinking coffee again? Well, I don't know about that, but the only thing I'm sure of is that I would never be able to deny the exquisite aroma and flavor of this drink that makes more than one person in this world happy.
Un momento, para por favor, quiero decirte que no dejes pasar la oportunidad de desayunarte con un cafecito y una empanada. Sí, sí, es que las empanadas son riquísimas, crujientes, calienticas, llenitas de sabor y además el café te enamora la vida, te alegra el día pana, además que “barriguita llena, corazón contento” o por lo menos eso eran lo que decían los abuelos y saben qué, yo les creo.
Hola mi gente de Cinnamon Cup Coffee paso por aquí para contarles que me tomé mi primer café después de unos 10 días sin café para desintoxicarme un poco y pues quizá ver la vida de otro color. Confieso que no es la primera vez que lo hago, pero esta vez es fue tan diferente que decidí quedarme con los dos. La vida no tiene por qué ser de negros y blancos, también podemos verla gris; así que de ahora en adelante me tomo mi café en las mañanas y un té por las tardes.
Y para retomar el café, pues decidí irme a desayunar con una gran amiga y lo más bonito de todo es que pude armar una de las combinaciones perfectas de Venezuela: Café con leche con empanada porque sí yo soy de las que piensan que los grandes placeres de la vida se acompañan con un buen café y esta fue una buena oportunidad para no perder esta buena perspectiva.
Tengo además que decir que después de tantos días sin café, pues este fue perfecto, espuma, buen sabor, en el punto adecuado de azúcar. Pedí un café grande, así que tuve la posibilidad de disfrutar por un buen rato del aroma y el sabor que un buen café nos deja en la boca.
¿Que si volvería a dejar el café? Pues eso no lo sé, pero de lo único que estoy segura es que no sería capaz jamás de negar el exquisito aroma y sabor de esta bebida que hace feliz a más de uno en este mundo.
