🌟Coconut Rice🌟
I love coconut rice specifically for the mixture of rice taste and Coconut flavor. Without much talking, let me show you the process for making this awesome looking coconut rice 🥥 🍚
Ingredients:
- 1½ cup uncooked white rice
- 500ml cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 small onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- Salt to taste
- Curry Masala Powder
- 1 teaspoon of Cumin
- 250ml of Water
- Pumpkin Leave
Instructions:
RICE
- I washed the rice to remove excess starch and I boiled it.

When the rice is half done, I poured it in a strainer and kept aside then I put the pot on fire to dry the water. While waiting, I chopped the onions, pepper the garlic.

When the pot is dry, I poured in my olive oil and other ingredients stir them together.
- When it's about 3 minutes of stiring, I poured in my coconut milk and covered the pot leaving it to simmer for 2 minutes before I pour water .
- Now I poured the rice (that is after 4 minutes) into the pot and it to cook very well. After that, I turned off the heat and bring down the pot.
STEAMED PUMPKIN LEAVES
- I washed and chopped the leaves
- I put the Pumpkin leaves in a pan with onions and salt.
- I pan seared it for about 10 minutes
- I put it together with the rice and served.
The meal came out very delicious and lovely.
This is a nice meal to start a day with.
