Moon Karts: Time to Increase my FUEL Production
by Buying and Staking More SCRIPT and Staking More Cards
I started to be interested in the game Moon Karts since the presale during which I purchased 50 CENTAURI packs.
Moonkarts is a Hive-based arcade race game with nice graphics and good gameplay that is part of the games featured on the Arcade Colony platform.

On Moon Karts I have started playing more frequently and consistently from season 13, about 3 months ago.
At the time of writing this post, season 22 is underway and will end in 4 days and just under 22 hours.
This season I have played about 50 races and am 6th place in the Ranked Leaderboard and 5th place in the Orbitals Leaderboard.
Moon Karts is a game that I like and I have 2 main goals that I would like to achieve as soon as possible:

improve my Kart Preset's stats to have a better chance of coming first in races
-
accumulate at least 500K COLONY staked to improve my game rewards due to a higher COLONY boost.
To improve my Kart Preset's game stats, I need to purchase more NFTs to increase the level of the NFTs that make up my Kart Preset.
As the statistics of my Kart Preset increase, the FUEL consumption per race of my Kart Preset will also increase.
In fact, to play in the multiplayer mode, it is necessary to have a minimum amount of FUEL per race that depends on the NFTs that make up the Kart Preset.
My current Kart Preset has a consumption of FUEL per race = 555.85 FUEL.
Each player can produce FUEL within the Auto Vault section by staking the NFTs not equipped in the Kart Preset
Each NFT has a Fuel attribute that indicates:

the cost in Fuel if equipped and used in the race

the potential Fuel production if staked
To staked 1 NFT in the Auto Vault section you must have 2 SCRIPT staked.

I have 30 SCRIPT staked and I have 15 NFT staked in the Auto Vault section and my FUEL production is 1530 FUEL per day.
With this FUEL production and based on the cost in FUEL per race of my Kart Preset I could play about 3 races per day.
I can play more races per day because I have accumulated a reserve of FUEL in the periods I have played less but my goal is to produce more FUEL.
Now I will show you the steps I took to increase my FUEL production starting with the purchase of SCRIPT tokens.
Today I decided to buy 20 SRIPT so that I could put another 10 NFTs in staking to produce FUEL.
I compared the cheapest option for me between buying on Hive Engine:
- 3,394 SCRIPT at 1.83999999 SWAP.HIVE per SCRIPT = 6.24 SWAP.HIVE
- 16,606 SCRIPT at 1.84 SWAP.HIVE per SCRIPT = 26.58 SWAP.HIVE
Total cost = 36.79 SWAP.HIVE

And purchasing using the SWAP feature of the liquidity pool SWAP.HIVE:SCRIPT

I preferred to use the SWAP feature because it was slightly cheaper.
After a few seconds I received 20 SCRIPT in my Hive Engine wallet.
Then I went to https://arcadecolony.com/token/script and staked the 20 SCRIPTs I purchased today plus 2 SCRIPTs I had purchased a few days ago for a total of +22 staked SCRIPTs
Then I went to the Auto Vault section and removed some cards from the stake that I decided to upgrade before putting them back into staking to increase my fuel production even more than before.
In fact before I had 4 Lunar Bolt in staking and 1 Lunar Bolt unstacked.
Each level 1 staked Lunar Bolt produced 42.5 FUEL per day.
I merged the Lunar Bolts in my possession to have 1 single NFT level 2 composed of 8 NFTs that produces 510 FUEL per day and occupies only 1 slot in my Auto Vault instead of the 4 slots previously occupied.
I did the same operation for other NFTs in my possession that I do not use in racing.
In the Auto Vault section I staked a total of 26 NFTs compared to the 15 NFTs I had before.
Before I had 30 SCRIPT staked and 15 NFT staked and was producing 1530 FUEL per day.
Now I have 52 SCRIPT staked and 26 NFT staked and produce 2364.7 FUEL per day with an increase of +834.7 FUEL per day compared to before.

Moon Karts: Tempo di aumentare la mia produzione di Fuel! Più SCRIPT e più carte in staking!
Ho iniziato ad interessarmi al gioco Moon Karts fin dalla presale durante la quale ho acquistato 50 CENTAURI packs.
Su Moon Karts ho iniziato a giocare con più frequenza e con più costanza a partire dalla stagione 13, circa 3 mesi fa.
Nel momento in cui scrivo questo post è in corso la stagione 22 che terminerà tra 4 giorni e poco meno di 22 ore.
In questa stagione ho giocato circa 50 corse e sono al 6° posto nella Ranked Leaderboard e al 5° posto nella Orbitals Leaderboard.
Moon Karts è un gioco che mi piace e ho 2 obiettivi principali che vorrei raggiungere nel più breve tempo possibile:
- migliorare le statistiche del mio Kart Preset per avere maggiori possibilità di arrivare primo nelle corse
- accumulare almeno 500K COLONY staked per migliorare le mie ricompense di gioco grazie ad un COLONY boost più alto.
Per migliorare le statistiche di gioco del mio Kart Preset devo acquistare altri NFT per aumentare il livello degli NFT che compongono il mio Kart Preset.
Con l'aumentare delle statistiche del mio Kart Preset aumenterà anche** il consumo di FUEL per corsa** del mio Kart Preset.
Infatti per giocare nella modalità multiplayer è necessario avere una quantità minima di FUEL per gara che dipende dagli NFT che compongono il Kart Preset.
Il mio Kart Preset attuale ha un consumo di FUEL per gara = 555.85 FUEL.
Ogni giocatore può produrre FUEL all'interno della sezione Auto Vault mettendo in staking gli NFT non equipaggiati nel Kart Preset
Ogni NFT ha un attributo Fuel che indica:

il potenziale di produzione di Fuel se messo in staking
Per mettere in staking 1 NFT nella sezione Auto Vault è necessario avere 2 SCRIPT staked.

Ho confrontato l'opzione più conveniente per me tra l'acquisto su Hive Engine:

Ho preferito utilizzare la funzionalità SWAP perchè leggermente più conveniente.
Dopo pochi secondi ho ricevuto 20 SCRIPT nel mio Hive Engine wallet.
Poi sono andato su https://arcadecolony.com/token/script e ho messo in stake i 20 SCRIPT che ho acquistato oggi più 2 SCRIPT che avevo acquistato qualche giorno fa per un totale di +22 SCRIPT staked
Poi sono andato nella sezione Auto Vault e ho tolto dallo stake alcune carte che ho deciso di potenziare prima di rimetterle in staking per aumentare ancora di più la mia produzione di fuel rispetto a prima.
Infatti prima avevo 4 Lunar Bolt in staking e 1 Lunar Bolt non staked.
Ogni lunar Bolt di livello 1 staked produceva 42.5 FUEL al giorno.
Ho fatto il merge dei Lunar Bolt in mio possesso per avere 1 unico NFT di livello 2 composto da 8 NFT che produce 510 FUEL al giorno e occupa solo uno slot nel mio Auto Vault invece dei 4 slots occupati in precedenza.
Ho fatto la stessa operazione per altri NFT in mio possesso che non utilizzo nelle corse.
Nella sezione Auto Vault ho messo in staking un totale di 26 NFT rispetto ai 15 NFT che avevo prima.
Prima avevo 30 SCRIPT staked e 15 NFT staked e producevo 1530 FUEL al giorno.
Adesso ho 52 SCRIPT staked e 26 NFT staked e produco 2364.7 FUEL al giorno con un incremento di +834.7 FUEL al giorno rispetto a prima.
