Hello hi guys and my friends how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my blog. Hope you all are well and enjoying healthy food. Ramadan is about to end and i thought to make some delicious and healthy for today iftar. I made very famous Dahi Bhaly. Many people likes this. It's also my favourite that's why i made it in different look. I explain my whole recipe with all of you and you must try it at home. So let's start the process. First i tell you the ingredients that i used in dahi bhaly.
Ingredients
One kg potato
Half kg white chickpea
Two big size onions
One cucumber
four green chillies
One kg yogurt
Phulkiyan
Green coriander
Process
First i took potato and chickpea put them into pressure cooker also add some water for boiling the potatoes and chickpeas for 15 minutes.
After boiling i cut the potatoes into small pieces then washed the chickpeas put them into potatoes.
Then i put onions into it. I cut tomatoes and green chillies into small pieces put them also step by step. I put again phulkiyan that i soaked into water.
Later on i blended yogurt for adding into mixture. Now i started garnishing. I put some papdi green coriander and chat masla on it.
Finally my dish is ready for serving. I dish out it in the beautiful bowl. Now you can see here more shots.
