Last Sunday, a cultural event called "Café, Pan, Cacao y Miel" (Coffee, Bread, Cacao, and Honey) was held in my city. The aim was to celebrate and showcase these local activities that are carried out throughout our state and even our country. Many entrepreneurs, brands, and even businesses had their own stands at the event to promote their products. There were also talks and various activities.
As a passionate photographer, I went with my camera in hand to document the event and share it with you all!
I walked around the venue, taking photos of anything that caught my eye. The first thing I saw was the Honey area, and I'll start by showing you my favorite photo: an epic beehive with thousands of live bees:
El domingo se realizó un evento cultural en mi ciudad llamado Café, pan, cacao y miel, en el que se buscaba celebrar y dar a conocer estas actividades que son realizadas en todo nuestro estado y incluso nuestro pais. Varios emprendedores, marcas e incluso empresarios tuvieron su propio stand en el evento para dar a conocer su producto, tambien se hicieron charlas y diferentes dinamicas.
Yo por mi parte como buen fotografo apasionado que soy fuí con mi camara en mano a documentar el evento y compartirlo con ustedes!
Fui caminando por el sitio y tomando fotos a cualquier cosa que me llamara la atencion, lo primero que ví fue el area de la Miel y empezaré por mostrarles mi foto favorita, un epico panal de abejas con miles de abejas vivas:
They sold various honey derived products: pure honey, honeycomb honey, soaps, candles, wax, probiotics, essential oils, and more.
Ellos vendian diferentes tipos de productos derivados de la miel: miel pura, miel en panal, jabones, velas, cera, probioticos, aceites esenciales, etc...
I walked towards the coffee area and took some shots of details that I found very beautiful:
Caminé hacia el area del café y tome foto de algunos detalles que me parecieron muy bonitos:
At this stand, they were giving out free samples of prepared coffee, and I liked it so much that I ended up buying a 250gr bag for $3.
En este stand estaban dando muestras de café (preparado) gratis y me gustó tanto que terminé comprando una bolsita de 250 gr por 3$
On the side, a young man was promoting his venture. He has a brand focused on selling various items like cold brew coffee, hats, and stickers, and he plans to add more merchandise in the future.
A un lado, estaba un chico promocionando su emprendimiento, este chico tiene una Marca en la que apunta a vender diferentes cosas como café frio, gorros, stickers y irá agregando mas merch en el futuro.
In the bread area, I was only able to take this one photo because I arrived late, and almost all the samples had been given away:
En el área del pan solo pude tomar esta foto ya que llegué tarde y habian regalado casi todas las muestras:
I kept walking and came across the cacao area. I was very surprised to see a cacao fruit and how large it was:
Seguí caminando y me tope con el area del cacao, me sorprendio muchisimo ver un fruto de caco y ver que era tan grande:
Although not included in the event's name, there was also an area for craft beers, which I found very interesting because I didn't know there were so many regional craft beer brands.
Aunque en el nombre del evento no estaba incluido, tambien habia un area de cervezas artesanales y para mi fue muy interesante porque no sabia que habian tantas marcas regionales de cerveza artesanal.
At one of the stands, I saw this framed and found it very intriguing!
En uno de los stands ví esto enmarcado y me pareció muy interesante!!
Once I finished touring the stands, I "changed my focus" and aimed to take photos where people were the main subject. I'll start by showing you my favorite photograph; I used a doorway to frame the person with the hat:
Una vez terminé el recorrido por los stands, cambié "mi enfoque" y busqué hacer fotografias en donde le diera protagonismo a las personas, empezaré a por mostrarles mi fotografia favorita, usé una puerta para encuadrar a la persona con sombrero:

Some people brought their dogs, so I didn't miss the opportunity to take some photos of them:
Algunas personas llevaron a sus perritos asi que no perdí la oportunidad para hacerles algunas fotos:
And to finish, I'll show you something that surprised me a lot. This girl told me, "Look, my dog knows how to high five," and proceeded to do this. My jaw dropped, seriously, haha!
Y para finalizar le muestro esto que me sorprendio muchisimo, esta chica me dijo mira, mi perrita sabe chocar los cinco y procedió a hacer esto, yo quede boquiabierto jajajaja
For me, it was a really good afternoon in a different environment. I got to meet new local producers and take some really nice photos!
