Desde que somos mamá nuestro tiempo es limitado y para tomar horas para nosotras nos cuesta muchísimo sin embargo son momentos que nos hace falta y es importante tenerlos porque realmente hace muchísima falta y también necesitamos consentirnos y dedicarnos tiempo para nosotras, es por esto que unas horitas en realizar lo que nos haga sentir bien es necesario, claro esta qué pasar tiempo con nuestros pequeños nos hace bien pero también nos hace falta esas actividades que hacíamos frecuentemente antes de ser mamá.
Since we are moms our time is limited and to take hours for ourselves is very difficult, however these are moments that we need and it is important to have them because we really need them and we also need to pamper ourselves and dedicate time for ourselves, that is why a few hours to do what makes us feel good is necessary, of course spending time with our children is good for us but we also need those activities that we did frequently before being a mom.
Antes de ser mamá amaba mimarme con lociones, cremas y mascarillas para mi piel y cabello ahorita lo hago pero muy poco y no es una queja pero cuando somos mamás la vida nos cambia y todo el tiempo se va tan de prisa qué terminamos olvidándonos de nosotras mismas, es por esto importante dedicar unas horas a nosotras para hacer algo que nos gusta y nos relaja, así que decidí realizarme hace semanas las uñas con una amiguita qué tenía tiempo detrás de mi vamos amiga yo te las arreglo, aprendí tal técnica y siempre le decía ok amiga te aviso y terminaba no diciéndole nada jejeje pero me decidí a darle un cariño a mis uñas y arreglarlas ya qué realmente antes de mamá esto era algo que no faltaba en mi pero al ser mamá fui olvidando estos detalles que tanto me encantan y que sin duda alguna extraño mucho así que mi amiga vino y me arreglo mis uñas y en ese tiempo pudimos conversar muchísimo pues el proceso es algo largo pero sin duda alguna excelente para desestresar porque nos da chance de charlar de todo, mis pequeños estaban con papá quien ayudó muchísimo mientras mamá tenía su tiempo de descanso jajajjaja realmente es muy necesario ese tiempo.
Before becoming a mom I loved to pamper myself with lotions, creams and masks for my skin and hair now I do it but very little and it is not a complaint but when we are moms life changes us and all the time goes so fast that we end up forgetting about ourselves, this is why it is important to dedicate a few hours to us to do something that we like and relaxes us, so I decided to do my nails weeks ago with a friend who had time behind me come on friend I'll fix them for you, I learned such a technique and I always told her ok friend I'll let you know and I ended up not saying anything hehehe but I decided to give my nails some love and fix them because really before being a mom this was something that was not missing in me but being a mom I was forgetting these details that I love so much and that without any doubt I miss a lot so my friend came and fixed my nails and in that time we could talk a lot because the process is something long but without any doubt excellent to de-stress because it gives us a chance to talk about everything, My little ones were with daddy who helped a lot while mommy had her time off hahahahaha that time is really needed.
Mi amiga tenía pinturas muy hermosas pues me costó muchísimo escoger el color deseado y quede maravillada con el resultado de mis uñas que dieron un cambio radical y que sin duda alguna se ven hermosas, quedé fascinada y dije que pronto me haría otro diseño tan lindo como esté ya que son bastante duradero porque está es una opción bastante duradera para nuestras uñas , ahora me toca despedirme mis queridos amigos espero sea de su agrado está publicación y si nunca se han dado ese tiempo para mamá las invito que lo empiecen a hacer,nos vemos en una próxima oportunidad les envío un fuerte abrazo 🫂 del tamaño de un oso enorme 🐻.
