Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz inicio de semana, espero sea una muy exitosa para todos. Aunque por aca no inicio de la mejor manera estoy haciendo mi maximo esfuerzo para que me afecte lo menos posible, y qye mejor manera que dandole movimiento al cuerpo pues? 💪 asi que aca les comparto esta rutina de cuerpo completo que sin duda los pondrá a sudar como es.
No olviden hacer un buen calentamiento antes de iniciar y mantenerse bien hidratados por supuesto. 💪💪
