Hola amigos de #familyandfrienda espero que hayan tenido un excelente viernes e inicio del fin de semana, lluvioso por aca, para variar 😂pero ayer jueves estuvo toda la tarde con un sol poderoso, aai que despues de dormir la siesta, merendamos piñita y decidimos ir a caminar un rato al polideportivo con los niños, ademas de que la idea es que yo comience a caminar cada vez un poco mas,ya que no pasaba de 200 pasos al dia jajaja pero bueno, a las 5:30 ya ibamos caminandito, pero mientras Alber iba a llenar el balon con el niño, Ema y yo nos tomamos esta selfie donde ella obvio salio bellisima😍
Hi friends of #familyandfrienda I hope you had a great Friday and start of the weekend, rainy here for a change 😂 but yesterday Thursday was all afternoon with a powerful sun, aai that after napping, we snacked piñita and decided to go for a walk to the sports center with the kids, plus the idea is that I start to walk a little more and more, since I did not go over 200 steps a day hahaha but well, at 5: 30 we were walking, but while Alber was going to fill the ball with the child, Ema and I took this selfie where she obviously came out beautiful😍.
Ema mas rapido que todos 🙄 asi que el padre y hermanito le iban siguiendo el paso, yo por supuesto era la mas lenta 😂
Ema was faster than everyone 🙄 so the pasre and little brother kept up with her, I of course was the slowest 😂.
Luego de casi media hora, llegamos, y aunque el lugar estaba un poco mojado porque obvio ha estado lloviendo mucho, los niños estaban gozando un mundo lanzandose y saltando por todos lados

Diganme si Ema habrá echado un poquito de broma que veanle nada mas las rodillas😂😂 y ahi estaba haciendose la dormida de paso jajajaj, por otro lado Chris era la estatua de la Libertad 😂

Despues de correr bastante, jugar con el balon y a las escondidas, nos tomamos algunas selfies y cuando comenzó a caer la noche, nos regresamos, aunque los niños querian quedarse, obvio teniamos tiempo sin ir jeje mas de 3 meses 😂 pero bueno les prometimos volver pronto, espero que el sol colabore jeje.. Antes de regresar nos tomamos la foto loca😂😍 y yo siempre feliz de estar al lado de este trio de locura💕
After running a lot, playing with the ball and hide and seek, we took some selfies and when the night started to fall, we went back, although the kids wanted to stay, obviously we had been gone for more than 3 months 😂 but we promised to come back soon, I hope the sun cooperates hehe....
