Greetings to my vegan family,Hope you all are feeling very fine this afternoon,I welcome you all to my blog once again.
Due to the cold weather this afternoon,,my Father Inlaw said I should make this Receipe for him,boiled unripe plantain with oil bean Sauce,so I embark in the Journey of making it for him very snappy and use it to make a post.
INGREDIENTS USED
Half littre of Red oil
Half plate of oil bean
One tablespoon of salt
Few pieces of scent leaves
Three pieces of fresh pepper
Two pieces of unripe plantain
One pieces of fresh tomatoes
PROCEDURE USED
First I prepared all my ingredients and set aside.
I put a little water on my pot and Then I washed my unripe plantain,peeled it and cut it into pieces and starts boiling.
Then I washed my ingredients,slice my onions,fresh pepper,fresh tomatoes and scent leaves and set aside.
Then after a while of boiling my plantain ,I added my salt for the good taste of the plantain and cooked it very soft and set aside.
Unripe plantain are iron builders,it supplies us with enough fitness
It helps to manage diabetes ,it also helps in curing stomach ulcers,it helps in building stronger bones and teeths,finally it is heart friendly.
Then put my dried pot on fire and after some minutes,I added my red oil,my onions,my fresh tomatoes ๐ and fresh pepper ,scent leaves and stir very well,
After some time,I added my my salt and oil bean and finally my unripe plantain with oil bean sauce was ready .
My food was ready to be served to my father Inlaw,He loved it so much.
Can you see the face of my oil bean sauce,very tasty ,delicious and very nutritional.
