Hello foodie lovers!!!Hope you all are doing very well this morning,Once again,I welcome you all to my blog this morning.
Today I decided to make this native soup with vegetables for my family,so I decided to cook it for them because they love vegetables.
INGREDIENTS USED
Few pieces of vegetables leaf
Half littre of a red oil
One tablespoon of salt for taste
Grounded Native ogbono seeds
Six pieces of fresh pepper
One bulb of onions
PROCEDURE
First I prepared all my ingredients and set aside.
I washed and sliced my vegetables,chopped my onions and pounded my fresh pepper and set aside.
Then I set my pot on the fire and set aside.
Then I put my one cupful of water to my pot and when my water boiled, I added my red oil,after some minutes of boiling,I also added my grounded ogbono, added my pepper and wait for it to cook very well.
Then I also added my onions,salt and sliced vegetables and stir very well.
Vegetables are great source of blood boosters and they are very Nutritional and also filled with vitamins and mineral,they serve as great help to our Body system.
After some minutes of cooking very well,my vegetable soup was ready.
Finally my vegetable soup was fully ready to be served.
This soup tastes to Heaven
