Visiting the cathedral of my city [ENG/ESP]

Today I come back to this community to share with each of you, what was a visit I had in recent days to the cathedral of Barquisimeto. I took advantage of the fact that I was near the cathedral doing some pending errands.

That day the weather was cloudy as if it was going to rain, it was a little wet, so I said as it is open I am going to enter, because in other occasions I had passed but it was closed.

It was four o'clock in the afternoon and without thinking I went to the outskirts of the cathedral, first I sat for a while on the benches it has, since it has a beautiful square in front of the main entrance, I started to contemplate it, to see the children playing and riding bicycles, their mommies take their little ones and also some sit on the benches, which are concrete to observe and chat with other mothers while their children enjoy the afternoon.

I bought tostones, and ice cream, I took a walk around and noticed that there was a very beautiful new picture of Jesus of mercy, a very nice wooden architecture that represents when Jesus goes with the cross lying down and meets his mother, another where Jesus falls on the floor, this is a representation of the viacrucis, another in marble that has carved the chaplet of mercy, they really are a beauty so I took advantage of taking some pictures.

Afterwards I went to the church, I had not visited it for almost a year. That day I preferred to stay in this church to do my religious obligations and not to go to the one I usually go to, which is relatively close, about six blocks away and I usually go at least three times a week, which is my parish of St. Joseph. I did the rosary and listened to mass. When I left it was already a little dark, it was six o'clock in the evening, however, I took some pictures of this beautiful community that I bring you today.

Visitando la catedral de mi ciudad

Hola amigos de la comunidad @lifestyle le, gusto en saludarlos, espero que todos se encuentren bien de salud, para seguir disfrutando de las maravilla que nos regala la vida. Sean todos bienvenidos a mi blog.

Hoy paso nuevamente por esta comunidad para compartir con cada uno de ustedes, lo que fue una visita que tuve en días pasados a la catedral de Barquisimeto. Aproveche que estaba cerca de la catedral haciendo unas diligencias pendientes.

Ese día el tiempo estaba el tiempo nublado como si fuese a llover, pringando un poco, por lo que dije como está abierta voy a entrar, porque en otras ocasiones había pasado pero estaba cerrada.

Eran las cuatro de la tarde y sin pensarlo entre a las afueras de la catedral, primero me senté un rato en los bancos que tiene, ya que cuenta con una hermosa plaza al frente de la entrada principal, me puse a contemplarla, a ver a los niños jugar y pasear en bicicleta, sus mami llevan a sus pequeños y también algunas se sientan en los banco, los cuales son de concreto a observar y a charlas con las demás madres mientras sus pequeños disfrutan la tarde.

Compre tostones, y helado, di un paseo por todo el alrededor y note que habían un cuadro nuevos muy hermosos de Jesús de la misericordia, una arquitectura en madera muy linda que representa cuando Jesús va con la cruz acuesta y se encuentra a su madre, otro donde Jesús cae en el piso, esto es una representación del viacrucis, otro en mármol que tiene tallado la coronilla de la misericordia, realmente son una belleza por lo que aproveche de tomarme algunas fotos.

Posteriormente me dirigí al templo, tenía tiempo que no lo visitaba casi un año. Ese día preferí quedarme en esta iglesia para hacer mis obligaciones religiosas y no ir a la que por lo general acostumbro, la cual queda relativamente cerca a unas seis cuadras y suelo ir por lo menos tres veces a la semana, que es mi parroquia san José. Hice el rosario y escuche la misa. Al salir ya estaba un poco oscuro eran las seis de la tarde, sin embargo aproveche de tomarme varias fotos que son las que el día de hoy les traigo a esta hermosa comunidad.
