Pogolotti's neighbourhood is a bad neighbourhood. That's what I've always heard and I've been advised not to hang around there. It's ugly, but to the north, where you enter from 100th Street, it has beautiful and very natural views. There I was near a small river, among the green mantle, dotted with the coral vine flowers... the truth is that I was ‘photographically’ stalking a white heron. And that's when these three men came out to help another man whose car had stalled and he didn't know how to start it again.... Well, yes, I'm just making it more dramatic, the thing is that it seems that the battery (‘guindó el piojo’) was no longer good for anything.

They helped to push the car so that the man could get out of his torment.

But there was a lot of traffic and I wasn't fast enough to take that picture, so I took this one instead. 😁

One of the pushers asked me to take this picture and even invited me to his house, where his wife was, to see squirrels in the trees in his backyard... that was because I told him I was photographing a heron.

Of course I politely told him I would visit him another day... I excused myself, arguing haste. I don't usually go to strangers' houses.

After that I got on my bike and, a few blocks ahead, my autopilot told me: hey, stop! The sun was bathing the leaves of the banana tree, making them transparent, and that structure there stood out. I suppose it was once a warehouse, with tiles for a roof, but it lost them.

Anyway, let's move on to the next photo, this one here is no big deal.

Oh, how artistic I can get sometimes hahaha... let's go on, this isn't a Renoir.

I think it's the autopilot that's short-circuited... wait it's late and I'm not concentrating. Plus something left me euphoric yesterday.

I took this photo from the backyard of my house. It is a plum tree, at the back of my neighbour's house. I happened to see plums on the road and wanted to buy them but the seller wouldn't accept a transfer. So that's it... if I leave this photo there alone, unpublished, in my archive, I will have nightmares.

Please @monochromes have mercy on me and my proposals for the #monomad Challenge. 😉

I didn't stop pedalling until Puentes Grandes

(see my yesterday's post for a better understanding)

and I had to take this photo because of the light and the cables.

The bread seller.

Another frame of the same bread seller... I don't know, which one is better?

I'll say goodbye now. I don't want to go on nagging around these parts... ah wait. A woman on a motorbike to finish.

I was thinking that I have to change my helmet. I know it's nice Mr. Hedgehog, but it's not really a real helmet. The real ones are expensive, well, it depends on what you consider expensive. For me 80 or 90 USD for a helmet is... 🤐.

Have a great day and thank you very much for everything.
