How to make
- Let the beef rice with the spices for 15 minutes so that the spices are absorbed. Store the meat in a heat-resistant aluminum container or other heat-resistant container.
- Cut the vegetables, especially the pakcoy, separate from the leaves. Then, clean all the vegetables
- Prepare water, add the marinated beef. Then, add the pakcoy stems
- Wait until the meat is 3/4 cooked, maybe wait about 20 minutes. then add the bean sprouts and pakcoy leaves.
- This method is done so that the meat cooks faster and the vegetables are not overcooked.
- After everything is cooked, stir all the ingredients until evenly distributed. The food is ready to be served.
