The culinary world in my area has always had unlimited creativity. Eggs can be made into snacks that are very much in demand by many people, especially among children and adults.
Egg roll is one of the traditional snacks made from eggs with a mixture of a little tapioca flour with chicken broth seasoning with the addition of water. Egg rolls are made by cooking with a lot of oil and then wrapped around a stick. Egg rolls also have an amazing flavor, many people love this snack so if you visit my country you will definitely find a lot of this snack.
This egg roll, inspired by a local snack when I bought it on the side of the road near a food stand. I saw and watched every process of egg rolls being cooked. They are very painstaking and I saw that it was made very easy so I will try it this time.
Here are the preparation steps that I will show you all.
3 eggs
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
¼ teaspoon stock powder
200 ml water
Now for the ingredients it is very easy and only uses four ingredients, but if you want a little salty, you can add a little salt.
Step 1
Crack all the eggs then beat the eggs briefly.
Step 2
Add flour then broth powder then beat again until everything is evenly mixed.
Step 3
Then add water and stir until evenly mixed again the egg mixture is ready to be fried.

Look at my first egg roll experiment is ready to eat, the results are very remarkable although not as perfect as the people selling yesterday. But the taste is exactly the same and the texture is also very good. I'm not sure why my egg roll didn't turn out well, maybe because I made it bigger. Or maybe the oil didn't fill the pan, I think maybe next time I should try with more oil.
Well for those of you who are curious about this snack try making it you will definitely like it. And I highly recommend this snack, well for egg rolls usually enjoyed with spicy chili sauce stirred into the egg. Good luck with the recipe guys.
