Salak or fruit with the Latin name Salacca zalacca is a type of fruit that has a crunchy texture. And it has scaly and hard skin so this fruit is very long-lasting and does not rot easily at room temperature. Salak fruit has unclear origins, but Indonesians themselves believe that sanya salak comes from the island of Java. Apart from that, snake fruit also has benefits that are good for our bodies, one of which is that it can quickly reduce diarrhea and other digestive disorders.

Salak has a different taste from other fruit, it is slightly sweet, and has a sour and fresh taste. It is rich in vitamins, so it is very good to consume. Well, this fruit itself is also classified as a fruit that is very easy to find and even has a cheap price on the market, so it is very appropriate if we want to process anything from this fruit.

So, this time I want to prepare something from this fruit, namely rujak acid sunti, rujak is a fruit salad that I mix with spices. But this time I prepared it with sour sunti seasoning which is very fresh and has a delicious taste. The combination of salak flavor with sunti sour seasoning will have a distinctive taste that is different from fruit salads you have tried before. 3 large snake fruit
7 pieces of sunti acid
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 cayenne peppers
1 lime

Prepare the snake fruit first, peel the outer skin of the snake fruit, be careful when peeling because the skin is hard and sharp.

Remove the thin part of the skin from the salak, then wash until clean.

Cut the snake fruit into small pieces or according to your wishes.

Once the salak is ready to be prepared, then prepare the ingredients for the sunti acid seasoning. Prepare the chilies and also the sugar and salt.

Coarsely grind the chilies then add sunti acid then puree.

Add lime juice then stir in the sunti sour seasoning until evenly mixed.
