Homeworks has always been a concept that has kept the students and Parents engaged since I can ever remember.

I remembered when I was still in primary school, I do get very overwhelmed by homeworks, I usually look for that my neighbour at home, or uncles to help me solve some homework questions.
Most of the time it feels fulfilling to get an homework done, sometimes frustrating, sometimes even fun, depending on the content of the homework and how engaging it could be.

Parents also has a fair share of engagement with their children and they are able to see how well their children is fairing in school, although some people might take that extra responsibility as a cumbersome task, but trust me, most of the parents really appreciate this engagements.

But the truth is while some parents and students loves the concept of homework , other really wants this practice scrapped,
The debate about homework has been ongoing for years, with educators, parents, and students weighing in on its effectiveness.

Looking at the angle of Not having to do any homework.
This simply means at home, there won't be much stress, homework can be a significant source of stress for students. Just Imagine having more free time to relax, pursue your passions, and enjoy life without the weight of homework, this also means more Family Time, Without homework, you could spend more quality time with your family, strengthening your bonds and creating lasting memories.

Without homework you can Pursue Your Interests and skills

Finally I also think that Limiting activities to school premises could help you stay focused on your schoolwork during school hours, making learning more efficient and effective.

The advantages of doing Homework

Firstly Homework provides a chance to practice and reinforce what you've learned in class. Without it, you might struggle to solidify your understanding of new concepts and skills.
I remember those days when we are given some quantitative reasoning assignment, and other engaging subjects, we have a lot of fun getting the solutions, we get more time to deliberate on the things we do in school. If we couldn't do the homework the extra efforts from people around make the understanding get easier.
Homework also helps you develop essential skills like time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving, which are crucial for future studies.
Stopping homework could negatively impact your academic performance, as you wouldn't have the opportunity to practice and apply what you've learned.

My verdict on this topic.

For Me I think the Benefits of Homework hugely overweight the demerits.
Homework all the way. If there are no homework, the children won't perform excellently, the parents won't be carried along, the concept of involvement in educating children would be negated.
So for me, it's a No No

There is need to also Finding the Right Balance
It is very important to find the right balance between homework and free time. Let's not lie to ourselves Too much homework can be overwhelming, while too little can lead to a lack of engagement and motivation.
The Teachers should not overwhelm the kids or students with too much homework.

Educators should consider the individual needs and circumstances of their students when assigning homework, providing extra support or alternative assignments when needed.
