Pool day with my girlfriend
A warm greeting to everyone within the Hive ecosystem, especially the members of actifit and my colleagues at swc! I hope everyone is enjoying a wonderful day. Today I'm here to tell you about my journey to reaching 5,000 active steps. I decided today would be different; a day to break away from my routine and enjoy the outdoors. I headed to the pool with my girlfriend; a place that has always transmitted peace and tranquility to me. The sun was shining brightly; the crystal-clear water invited you to dive in, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the moment. Once in the pool, I decided to combine relaxation with exercise, so I took the opportunity to do some physical activities. I did some handstands, an exercise that requires strength, balance, and concentration. I felt my muscles activate; how my body aligned, and how my mind focused on the present. I also took the opportunity to do a straddle planche on the pool railings; a movement that allows me to work on the strength and flexibility of my arms and shoulders.I was there from 12 until 7 in the evening enjoying the pool, the sun and the company of my girlfriend. During all that time, I stayed active: walking, swimming, playing and exploring the surroundings. Every movement made me feel more alive and energetic.At the end of the day, I returned home. I had spent an incredible day; full of physical activity, relaxation and connection with nature and with my partner.
