Have you ever tried to make vegetarian Potato Lasagna at home? If not then, I implore you to give this one a try once.
In my today's blog I am sharing a recipe of Potato Lasagna. This lasgana is made up of loads of veggies and tomatoes. No noodles and pasta is used in this potato lasagna and still it is delicious.
Potatoes are love. They are full of potassium and low in fat.
So lets see how to make this delicious recipe-
INGREDIENTS
▪︎Potato- 5 to 7
▪︎onions-1cup
▪︎garlic-1tbspn
▪︎capsicum-½cup
▪︎corn-½cup
▪︎carrot-½cup
▪︎tomato puree-1cup
▪︎oregano-1tbsp
▪︎cornstarch-1tbspn
▪︎salt-to the taste.
▪︎mozzarella chesse-250grm
▪︎chiliflakes-½tbspn
METHOD**
1.cut the potatoes in half and boil it for 3 whistles depending on the quality of potatoes.
- now chop onions, capsicum, carrots. And take some kernels of Sweet corn.
3.chop some garlic.
4.now heat oil in a pan.
5.add onions.
6.then add chopped garlic.
7.saute it for 2 mins.
8.now add chopped veggies metioned above.
9.saute it.
10.add salt
11.give a nice mix. Stir it. Cook for 5 mins.
12.then add tomatoes puree.
13.mix all well and cook for 10 mins and off the flame and keep aside
For sauce
14.now in a pan add milk.
15.stir it.
16.add cornflour or strch.
17.stir it.
18.add cheese.
19.add oregano, salt and red chili flakes.
20.stir it.
21.in a plate grate some cheese.
22.Take a glass bowl for oven.
23.now grease it with oil and then place the half veggie mixture.
24.place the mixture properly.
25.now cut the boil potatoes in round shape.
26.arrange the half of the potatoes and spread over.
27.again spread the veggie mixture. You can place the full mixture now.
28.spread it properly.
28.now again place one layer of leftover potatoes.
29.now spread the cheesy white sauce.
30.apply mozzarella cheese and spread all over the mixture.
31.sprinkle some black pepper and herbs.
32.place this bowl in the oven and bake it for 45 mins till its ready.
After 45 mins it will look something like this.
And its ready to serve! Enjoy it!
Place this delicious lasagna in a plate and serve it.
