Today I want to share with you this destination that as you can see in the photos is a paradise of nature certainly a perfect destination for nature lovers and also beaches, this destination is called Fonte Telha a place of Costa Caparica in Setubal very visited by tourists, as it has several beaches like Fonte da Telha beach, Costa de Caparica, beach do Berto and naturist da adica; several of these beaches we can see them in the photos some better than others and more popular.

El día de hoy quiero compartirles este destino que como puedes apreciar en las fotos es un paraíso de la naturaleza sin duda un destino perfecto para los amantes de la naturaleza y también de las playas, este destino se llama Fonte Telha un lugar de Costa Caparica en Setubal muy visitada por los turistas, ya que cuenta con varias playas como playa de Fonte da Telha, Costa de Caparica, playa do Berto y naturista da adica; varias de esas playas podemos apreciarlas en las fotos unas mejores que otros y más populares.

If you want to photograph these landscapes we have to go to Costa de Caparica to go to this place, you can take a bus that leaves from the capital and leaves you in the village which is where we will start, I also advise you to buy in Aldi some snacks and drinks to take to the adventure, as this area of Portugal is very hot so we have to be hydrated because after the center we have to walk 10-15 to get to the entrance of the reserve and the beaches.

Si quieres fotografiar estos paisajes tenemos que dirigirnos a Costa de Caparica para ir a este lugar, puedes coger un bus que sale de la capital y te deja en el pueblo que es donde comenzaremos, también te aconsejo en comprar en Aldi algunas meriendas y bebidas para llevar a la aventura, ya que esta zona de Portugal es muy caliente así que tenemos que estar hidratados porque luego del centro tenemos que caminar 10-15 para llegar a la entrada de la reserva y las playas.

In my case I want to go to see the Dunes of the Caparica reserve so I followed my way from the reserve to Albufeira-Fonte Telha. Luego de llegar a la entrada, podemos localizar un mapa donde nos orienta todas las cosas turísticas que podemos hacer en la zona, las playas, los parques y caminatas que puedes hacer. Si deseas simplemente ir a la playa para hacer surf. Para tomar el sol o nadar simplemente necesitas bajar por completo la calle. En mi caso yo quiero ir a coner las Dunas de la reserva de Caparica asi que seguí mi camino desde la reserva sentido a Albufeira-Fonte Telha. Donde nos toparemos estos hermosos paisajes, también especies de plantas de la zona junto con su fauna silvestre, dejándome estas fotografías de recuerdos.

I have arrived at my desired destination this area where we can photograph perfectly the Dunes of Costa de Caparica the most important element of Arrabida Fosil, besides we know that this is formed in a Natural way after the years making a protective barrier against the wind and waves of the beaches, another curious thing that makes this destination important is that it is possible that this in a few years will disappear so if I advise you to stop in this place, enjoy the beauty of the place.
Another tip I can give you when visiting this place is that when you come back, you can take the route through the forest of the Medes so you can enter a different environment and it will also be a better route to cool off after a great exposure to the sun. If we follow the whole route, we can end up connecting to another town which is Aroeira near the Parque Metropolitano da Biodiversidade, where you can take some nice pictures and get to know another area of Setubal.

He llegado a mi destino deseado esta zona donde podemos fotografiar perfectamente las Dunas de Costa de Caparica el elemento más importante de Arrabida Fosil, además que sabemos que esto se forma de manera Natural tras los años haciendo una barrera protectora contra el viento y olas de las playas, otra cosa curioso que hace este destino importante es que es posible que esto dentro de unos años desaparezca así que si te aconsejo parar en este lugar, disfrutar de la belleza del lugar.
Otro que consejo que te puedo dar al visitar este lugar es que al momento de regresarte, puedes coger la ruta por el bosque de los Medos para que puedas entrar en un ambiente diferente y también será una mejor ruta para refrescarte luego de una gran exposición al sol. Si seguimos toda la ruta, podremos terminar conectando a otra ciudad que es Aroeira cerca del el Parque Metropolitano da Biodiversidade, donde puedes tomar unas fotos bonitas y conocer otra zona de Setubal.
