According to the chart, you may notice that from 16th of May, there has been a sudden surge in battles, both in modern and wild format. The number of battles has been rising. This is a very positive sign for Splinterlands. Mostly the players of Splinterlands, have been trying out the wild format. As players are able to use all their cards in this format, which makes it worth the fight in this format. Not to forget, Splinterlands has given the chance to explore this format for free for this season. Which was one of the most intuitive and excellent approach from the team. As this small gesture of appreciation from the team towards the community has made a very positive impact within the community. Which is probably why the numbers of battles has also increased during the last couple of days.
This is where things start to get interesting. Number of new players have been increasing over the last couple of days. Which is the best and most important aspect of the game. It is what we need as of this moment, in order to grow and make Splinterlands the game which we have been seeking for such a long time. The more adoption the game gets to witness, the faster our growth will be in the coming days. From May 17th we are witnessing some new growth in the number of new players joining the game. Even though, there was a huge surge but we lost the pace after couple of days but at the end we are still gaining new players which is a very positive sign for the game. We are witnessing an average of above 100 players/signups happening in the game almost everyday. Which is by far the most attractive scene for us all. I definitely would love to see this number to grow much more in the coming days.
