Hello Food lover’s and friends! Hi to all hiver’s! How was your Monday? Well I do hope and pray that all is well and we are all in Good health by the grace of our God. We Filipinos love to eat rice three times a day. That is breakfast, lunch and dinner. A meal is not complete without Rice. Rice is Life in the Philippines .Today let me share with you all my daughter’s most favorite Breakfast special Beef fried Rice. A recipe where rice has mixed vegetables and meat with spices and other ingredients.

I wake up early to cook breakfast and surprise my daughters by cooking their favorite breakfast. Last night before we go to bed I put down from the freezer the ground Beef and the hotdog so in the morning its ready to cook.
This recipe makes me interested to learn more because of my two daughter’s. They loved to eat fried rice if I am the one cooking it. SO I do my research on how to cook the recipe. That way they can eat well especially my youngest daughter who is a picky eater but if she like or it is her favorite food then she would eat well . To make it healthy and special I add carrot and other ingredients. As a Mother I find ways to feed
my daughters ,food with vegetables that way they can have nutrients that are good for there health.
SPECIAL BEEF FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS
125 grams of beef ground tenderloin
1pc of medium size Carrot
7 pcs of small Beef Hotdogs
1 sachet of Oyster sauce
3 cloves of Garlic
1 small size of Onion
1pc of medium Red Bell pepper
2 medium size of Eggs
Cooked RICE
1 pack of small green Peas
Oil for frying the egg and to saute
Half teaspoon of ground black pepper
Salt to taste
Spring Onion
LETS GO TO THE KITCHEN
PROCEDURE
*Wash well the ground beef tenderloin and put it in a sifter to drain excess water.
*Wash the carrot, onion, red bell pepper and garlic.
*In a clean pan add 2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil.
*Beat the eggs and add to the pan to cooked scrambled egg.
*flip it until both sides are cook then removed it from the pan and let it cool.
*Removed the skin of the Hotdogs.
*Put the hotdogs in a clean cooking pot
- Add water to cover it and bring to fire for boiling
*Let it simmer for five minutes then remove from the fire and throw away the water and drain it to the sifter.
The reason we boil and simmer the hotdogs is to remove the food colors because it is not safe for our body.
*Slice or mince the garlic, onion and red bell pepper

Slice and cut into cubes the carrot
*Slice the hotdogs into your desired size
*Drain the Green Peas
*Sliced into cubes the fried egg
*slice the spring onions
PREPARE TO SAUTE
*Put the pan into the fire
*Add ¼ cup of Cooking Oil

When hot add the onion, garlic and saute until golden brown
*Add the ground Beef tenderloin
Why did I choose Beef Tenderloin?
Beef tenderloin is the most tender cuts of beef with minimal fat so this the most healthy part of the beef.
*Mix the beef to the spices and cover it
*Bring to boil and simmer it for ten minutes
*Add the ground black pepper, salt and the Oyster Sauce then combined it well
*Cover it and let it simmer for 5 minutes
*Add the carrots and mix it to the meat.
*Add the Red Bell Pepper and cover it then simmer to cook the bell pepper
*Add the cooked Rice enough to your desired amount
*Add the green peas
*Combined all the ingredients well then cover it for another five minutes

Taste it and determine if you need to add salt
*Add the cooked egg and hotdog and mixed it well then cover -
Wait until steam comes out then add the spring onions
- Combined well all the ingredient
BEST SERVE WHEN HOT
